I put this together quite easily with some heavy lifting help. It was well packaged. No dents or dings and all parts were included. We can't wait to start cooking.

Solid material easy to build 36 inch Blackstone I like the fact that the shelves fold down and the paper towel holder other than that you guys put out a good product!!!

Very solid griddle

Are spots on brand new griddle surface normal?

The build quality of the grill looks very solid, but I'm concerned about spots on the brand new griddle surface. There are about 40 to 50 small peanut sized discolorations on the grill surface. Is this normal, or does this reflect a manufacturing issue?
