This griddle is very well made. The assembly was pretty easy and did not take long. Seasoning instructions were just completed. Can’t wait to cook on it!

I had no trouble assembling. I'm an avid outdoor cook but 1st time ever owning a griddle. So far, very good. I can't say why it took me so long. But here I am and happy to be here.

Have yet to have a crowd too big to feed with just the Blackstone as a cooking surface.

Propane nozzle issue

Everything has been absolutely amazing except for I had to reset me propane nozzle 75% or the time while I’m using it because the screw on section stops allowing propane through even in the mode of cooking. Other than that it has been such an amazing piece of equipment to cook with!
