Love the griddle the first few times I've used it. Clean up isn't bad and food has turned out fantastic.
Cons - Missing a few pieces for assembly and have noticed some uneveness in the cast iron griddle as it warms up. Seems to almost warp a bit? Doesn't settle evenly or lay flat as it warms up

Assembly

Assembly is fairly simple however mine arrived with the stainless steel plate detached. Somehow it was bounced around enough to break all 4 rivets that attached it to the griddle. I was able to reattach it with bolts and I hope nothing else is damaged when I try to light it. I would give it a 4 star rating even though I haven’t started it yet but since it came damaged it will have to be a 2.
