Easy to put together and looks great! Haven't used it to cook yet, but seasoning it was annoying. Not hard, just an annoying step. I'm sure it'll be worth it when I use it.

Decision making process

My plan is to use this for camping with our RV. Because of this, I was planning on buying the smallest size. My daughter has that one, and I asked her how she liked it. She said it was too short and really needed wheels. I took her advice and bought the 36 inch griddle with wheels, I am 60 year old woman, and I just finished assembling it by myself. I can see why they suggest using two people as part of the assembly process is heavy and awkward. Overall, the assembly went fine, and I am pleased with the quality; however, I’m not sure this griddle will ever make it into the RV. It is super heavy.
