I would of put a 5 star rating because we love the product, but 4 will have to do this time due to the fact it was missing the igniter in the box and we have to manually light the burners.... no big deal nothing to loose sleep over, however putting a second set of eyes on the products contents before it goes out the door is key to achieve a top rating.

Enjoyed cooking on it for the first time . A bit of getting use to but with time that will change. However the grease cup that was shipped with the 36" griddle was too small. I believe it was meant for a smaller griddle. The clip is 1\4" too short. The other issue is that we haven't been able to get through by phone or the web to register our griddle. I would appreciate some feedback on this matter as it has been a couple of weeks now. Thanks , Alan in Alabama.

The igniter is cheap and flimsy. It also doesn't work very well. The knobs are kinda cheap, too. The rest of the griddle is good, though.

So fun and easy to cook on this griddle. I barely use my stove top or grill anymore! Smash burgers are now a regular on the menu. Used to have to do those either in a skillet indoors (what a mess) or on a stainless flat top added to the grill (that works but a real pain to clean up). Veggies, pancakes, seared salmon, you name it...this flat top gets it done.

Great cooktop, frame is cheaply made

Got as gift for Father’s Day, and the griddle top itself is great. The frame on the other hand is terrible. It’s made out of light metal that just feels flimsy. Not to mention, my wheel (one that came already connected) snapped off as I was moving it from point a to point b, so not even a week having it I’ve had to replace the wheel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

side grease cup

The front side grease catch needs work runs down the front of the legs and on my deck . The rail should be longer and the cup should be bigger to catch the grease. Also a stainless steal top would be a great up grade to buy. thanks mike
