Three things: Prep, prep, and prep. This thing cooks so fast you need to have each side ready to go. We use it to cook the entire meal in 15-20 minutes. I love using it. Only complaint is the igniter doesn’t work but it’s easy to light with a lighter.

As a new user of an outdoor griddle versus grill, I am hooked! What a fun new way to enjoy cooking outside. We have already tried so many things on it and couldn’t be happier. Does take some practice until you can tell if the inside of thicker meats are done, but we are enjoying eating the “practice”, lol. Love doing fried rice and veggies on it. Burgers seem much juicier as your not loosing the grease into a flame. Anyway, wish we had discovered earlier.
