I've been wanting to get one of these Griddles for quite some time now. I finally got one and am completely 100% pleased with my investment. It was 107 degrees outside the day that I received it and I was already planning a camping trip to the lake... So I loaded the Griddle into the vehicle and went camping...It was so easy to put together and I used it that night to cook supper after seasoning it. As a matter of fact I cooked every meal at the campsite that weekend on the Griddle...High quality very pleased.

It has been 2 days since I got my Griddle I got it as a birthday gift by far the best birthday gift ever I am always anxious to use it again and again looking forward to the weekend to cook breakfast using my new griddle

Like the griddle so much I bought 2...well that's not why I bought a second one. My family has a catering side business and we just couldn't keep up with the demands for food with just one griddle. A 50" would have came in handy that day. Great product!

Front grease channel

Cooking Machine!!

Love it! This thing is fun to cook On! Had it 3 days and cooked 6 meals on it. Seasoned easily and takes about 5 minutes to clean once I'm done. If Blackstone can fix the drip tray issue (which is easily remedied by filling in hole and welding a point at end of channel) it would be perfect! Definitely going to get a lot of use in my back porch kitchen!!!

Awesome Griddle!

Love my Blackstone griddle. I've had it for about 6 weeks now and used it a 1/2 a dozen times, so now it has a nice coating to it. You actually cut your cooking time in half because you can cook everything at one time. No stage cooking. Clean up is a breeze too once you get sequence down. I bought a cover for it and since it's only weather proof and not rain proof I use a 1/2 water-filled gallon milk bottle and set it in the middle of the griddle before putting the cover on to create a peak for any water to easily run off. A product suggestion though regarding the cover. The sewn-in straps are arrange so the short end is in the back of the grill. Would be nice if they reversed it and put it in the front (where the blackstone embroidery is), so you don't have to maneuver my way to the back to clasp. I prefer not to turn the cover around, so I can proudly show the blackstone logo up front!!!.. Love the grill. Very impressed with it. Shortens cook and clean up time. Great flavor is now starting to come out of the well seasoned top.
