I have been wanting one of these grills for a long time and finally made the plunge and purchased one. This grill is absolutely incredible in every aspect! My favorite part is that there are no flare ups and you can cook massive amounts of food with four different temperature zones. Breakfast on this thing is way too fun. Get one, you will not regret it! Cheers.

Never use a normal grill again

I bought the original version of this 36" griddle in 2013 and I am still loving it. It still amazes me how versatile this thing is. You can cook anything on it! I did an experiment where I cooked the same breakfast food on the Blackstone one day then the same food on the stove top the next day. I cannot explain it but the Blackstone breakfast was much better.

Needs Hood

We got this last summer and now that I’m using it more I wish it had a hood. I’ve looked everywhere for a hood but cannot find it. There are replacement hoods for all the smaller ones but not this one :(

Have made a few meals so far and love it. Cheese steak sandwich turned out unbelievably good and two breakfast with bacon and pancakes and egg. This is the way to go
