Zero game play

Once my son had opened up all 24 doors, I expected there to be some instructions on how to play the actual game but there were none. I’m assuming now that the game is super simple, and it’s just a race to get to the last step (if so, it’s extremely boring, un-interractive and disappointing).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not A Lot Of Christmas

I was disappointed that this only went up to day 24, as I’ve seen many calendars that go until Christmas Day on the 25th. The sets are cute, but there weren’t many that had a Christmas theme. There was only one Christmas tree, and repeats of very cute small things that I already have from other sets. So they’re cute, but I have them already. In the past there were more Christmas type objects available, and I’ve used them to decorate my Hogwarts great hall set every year. For the cost I wouldn’t recommend this set, it didn’t add to the Christmas spirit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
