Its a great little gizmo but when I first got it it very clearly says on the package that it works with Apple products.So I started a return and that was crazy... no chat, no human to talk to... finally ended up emailing and after two days finally got a return email saying it worked with Android as well... almost sent it back in the meantime! Now that it's up and running its cool... the photos tend to be a little dark but otherwise good
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can’t tell from your review what issue the printer faces or why it hasn’t worked properly, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. - Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I was so excited to receive it, I have been wanting the Sprocket for so long and was finally able to get one! Printing my fist photo and it had streaks across it? I downloaded the printer upgrade and printed another, to still find steaks. The packaging seemed to have been opened before. I am disappointed and will be returning.
