Fun Photo Printer

My phone is full of so many pictures that I have taken, but I never really know what to do with them. It`s such a pain to go to a photo printing place and have to download the pictures and print them out. The Sprocket Select is a great little photo printer for small prints fast!SETUP- This printer is SO easy to set up and get started. You have to download the Sprocket Select app first, but then the app walks you through the east set up process. I literally took the printer out of the box, plugged it in, and clicked "set up" on the app and it walked me through the very easy process. I was ready to print in minutes!FEATURES- Through the app you can either take pictures or use pictures from your existing photo library. There are so many fun features you can use to enhance your pictures. You can do basic photo editing like contrast and brightness, but you can also add borders, text, super fun stickers, and change the colors (ex. make a photo black and white). Once you are done enhancing your photo you can save it to your photo library in your phone, send as a text/email, or print it out. It will print out on a 2.3x3.4 sticky backed photo sheet so you can even use them as stickers! The photos print out very quickly and it`s only a few clicks on the app to get the printing started. My 10 year old daughter absolutely loved this and made all kinds of photos to give to her friends. This printer would be very helpful for someone who enjoys scrapbooking.PROBLEMS- These photos are pretty small (2.3x3.4) so if you are looking for a larger size photo, this printer is not for you. Also, the quality of the photos isn`t great. They aren`t horrible quality and are fine for school projects, scrapbooks, etc. But if you are looking for a higher quality print, I wouldn`t suggest this printer.OVERALL- As a whole, this really is a fun little printer. I think it would be great for a teen or tween who likes to create fun photos and scrapbooks. It`s easy to use and seems very durable. It`s also very small so it won`t take up any desk space! It`s also very handy to have on hand for school projects.

Perfect for quick easy photos!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HP Sprocket selectI received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.This is a very simple concept printer that exceeded my expectations. As soon as I got it I plugged it in to charge and downloaded the HP sprocket app on my phone.It took about 30 minutes to charge and start printing photos. In the app you can change the color of your led light on the printer if you wish. There are tons of filters and stickers that you can add to to the photos you print off. The photos that you print are pretty good quality for an instant picture. The printer is very quiet while making the images and takes only about 40 seconds. There is no ink refills you have to try and mess with, it is all on the photo paper. That makes it super easy to maintain. You dont have to worry about leaking ink or any types of messes. The paper you load in is very easy as well. You just put the orange card down with all of the photo paper on top of it, close the lid and you are set. I really love the ease if use and the quality if the photos that this device prints out. It is definitely something that people that like photos on the go should try!!

POCKET SIZE PRINTER ON THE GO worldwide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pocket size printer is easy to set up and is quite user freindly.prints that can fit in your wallet. saves you time from having to go to a CVS or other local printing areasif you want to have prints for any occasion.anyone can use this printer. i say from ages 12 and up. the color could . be more accurate. but the pixels are pretty good on it. considring the size of the printer.Im very happy with it. we just had a family renuion and im printing out photos of some of the older ones in the family who dont use iphones etc . and giving them some of the photos.

Awesome little contraption

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this product to test. The spocket selet is small and compact making it easy to store basically anywhere. Very easy to use and easy to connect to the internet. Printing pictures are easy. Loading the paper was easy just by lifting the cover, but does not hold more than 10 sheets of printer paper. There is also no storage place to hold extra paper. Overall this is an awesome product and I would definitely recommend it.

Little Memory Maker

This little printer is lightweight and compact for on the go memory making. It`s a great conversation piece, because of the unique design and the pictures come out so clear in seconds. I love the ease of not having to wait in line or wait for my pictures to come in the mail; I can capture my memories instantly and have hard copies in seconds. I was skeptical at first but this pocket printer now accompanies me right with my cellphone. My kids love being able to print photos with cute little designs because its so easy to use. I`m so excited to have this device. You do need to install an app to use it after that the instructions are straightforward.

So much photo fun from one small device!

The HP Sprocket Select really does offer convenience to print your favorite memories straight from your phone. It`s slim and easy to carry around. This printer has so many features. I really love tailoring the device by picking out the LED color of my choice. I just felt like I could make my device reflect my personality by choosing the color. I also love that I can edit pictures in other apps and send it straight to sprocket. The device setup instructions were clear and simple to follow. One thing HP pushes is to use their online manuals in the app to really understand features. I did struggle a bit with the Reveal functionality. I`m still learning how to work this feature.As for device setup, it didn`t take much time at all. It was for sure less than 5 mins. The most time I spent was downloading the app. Once you take the Sprocket Select out the box it`s quick and easy to charge and setup and print. I`ve experienced other forms of camera personal printers and what sets the Sprocket Select apart from the rest is that it`s so versatile! I love that I can easily share and print photos from Instagram or take a quick camera shot and print. The best part about using the Sprocket Select is that if I don`t like the picture I can retake it a zillion times before I`m ready to print and then print without wasting camera paper. It still gives the cool "instant old school" camera effect. Other devices you do not have a proof option and what comes out is what you get. As far as print quality. I noticed the output was a little lighter than expected. I was hopeful for my prints to not look like home photo printer prints. But this isn`t a deal breaker for me, as the print is of good quality. I still love that the prints are dual purposes and can become stickers or just stay on their paper. I`m still familiarizing myself with the device so I do not have any improvement suggestions at the moment. Overall I`m quite impressed with the Sprocket Select. This device really does benefit people who love taking digital photos. The size of the print is good and you can do so much with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was skeptical about getting a little printer to print off pictures from my phone, but let me tell you, I am HOOKED! You know how you take great pix on your phone, post to social, and then forget about it? Forget no more! Print out a copy of the photo and put on your desk, hang on your fridge, whatever! My 13 year old and I set up a special bulletin board for the sprocket pictures and update it every day. Super easy to use and so much fun!!!

Super easy portable printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product!!! The HP Sprocket Select is extremely easy to use. It easily paired to my iPhone and iPad via Bluetooth. I love how I can take the printer anywhere and easily print my photos. The printer is simple and the filters in the app are fun to play with. I was amazed at how quickly the photos printed and the photo quality is decent (it prints bright colors best). The photo paper is easy to load, I really like how the top is magnetic and easily opens and clips closed. It would be nice if it could more than 10 pieces of photo paper. All in all this is a great little printer that I will definitely keep using!
