[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing. Not only is it simple and easy to use, but it also folds for easy storage. The different programs and intensity make it easy to customize for my needs. The air compression chambers are gentle and effective on my back. I just lay on it and relax. I’m very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the HoMedics Air Compression Back Stretching Mat. It is so easy to set up and use. The mat folds up nicely for storage. I really loved the way it helped to stretch and relax my muscles in my back.

It does move your spine but does not stretch it out We will be send it back especially since it was not inexpensive

I love the stretching mat I'm in league bowling three timer a week and I use it before and after I come home from bowling it stretches my back just right and I feel much relaxed.
