I tried my niece's mat on a girls retreat to Blue Ridge, Georgia. In fact, all 7 of us tried the mat. It felt so marvelous, I ordered one for myself and I love it! I suffer from tightness and soreness in my back and this mat is perfect for stretching my back. I am so happy my niece brought hers along on our Georgia trip.

I absolutely love this back stretcher. I have upper back and middle back pain and occasionally lower back pain and with this back stretcher. I feel absolutely amazing after, You can really feel the release of tension.

I encourage anyone with back problems to get this machine. I have had one for several months and the results have been amazing. I am 76 yrs old and back up and doing the things I use to do. Yard work, carpentry work, and even sit in a chair with out back cramping up. Simple and easy to use, has become my best friend. Just lay down on it and relax, it does all the work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the HoMedics Air Compression Back Stretching Mat for a while now. I have cervical disc disease and back problems, so I figured I would give it a try. It works really well. I was sore a little at first the day after. I use this on days that I can't make it to my stretching class at my gym. I really like the different intensities. Stores well but does take up some room in closet.

I love this mat so much!!! I play a lot of sports and I need to stretch out, and this mat really helps me with that. Not only that it feels so relaxing. I really recommend this to people who have back problems. Absolutely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can feel that the Air Compression mat is stretching my back but some of the stretching hurt a little. I think it should come with more information on how to position your body in the four modes that it performs. It is very powerful and I'm nervous about hurting my back if my position isn't right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg the HoMedics - Air Compression Back Stretching Mat is awesome. I have really bad back pain due to a botched epidermal and am in consent pain. I have never found a product that stops the pain. This did. I love it and plan on using it at least once a day. It has four settings and three different intensity settings. My only complaint is it does not really come with instructions but I found some on the internet that give more details.
