[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy that I got to try out the Air Compression Back Stretching Mat for review. My sister and I both used the mat to see how it would work for us both. My sister has bad back and shoulders and my lower back hurts. We gave this a try and let's just say wow it works and feels so good. It helps outsource much that my dr said he can tell by the way I walk

Great for bad backs

It takes a little trial and error to find your sweet spot where you need to lay. But once you do and can let yourself relax the magic happens! I use this thing daily now

Just what I needed for my back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled with my back for some time and this back stretching may really helps out. First of all, I do it at the convenience of my own home. No need to get dressed and go anywhere. Second, it folds up nicely for easy storage while not in use. Perfect for traveling too. It’s not too heavy either. It also comes with a mini pillow. I love that it had 3 levels of intensity. I use the highest level and WOW does my back feel great. I will admit, it took me a couple tries at different levels to get what felt right for my back. It is just perfect for stretching your back. I love the remote because it’s attached to it and I don’t even have to get up or move to change the settings. A must have for those with back issues and needs good stretch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The Air Compression Back Stretching Mat has taken my back stretches to a whole new level, and I love it! As someone who deals with a great deal of back pain, this mat is a total game changer. It reminds me of the back stretching table at the Chiropractor Office. This mat is perfect after (or even before) a good workout to really stretch out your muscles and keep them from getting tight. This is perfect to use at the end of a long, busy day. Getting your muscles stretched out is so relaxing. The mat inflates in different areas to really get a deep stretch going throughout your back. If you deal with back pain, or are an avid exerciser, or maybe you carry stress in your back, you need this mat!

I bought this mat about a month ago, very pleased with the purchase!! This is a gentle stretch for your entire back! Prior to using the mat I had chronic back pain and extreme stiffness in the morning daily. I used for a week straight on the medium setting and my pain and stiffness has subsided tremendously almost non existent! I am now using the mat every other day to keep my back stretched out. This is a gentle smooth stretch for the entire back with three intensity settings, I would recommend this for anyone with stiffness or back discomfort! Well worth the investment!
