Our Bit Boss wood pellet smoker is AMAZING! We have smoked more things than I can count and we only purchased it mid December 2025. And, everything has been so delicious. I will say that you need to be careful about leaving the pellets unattended for overnight smoking if you don't load the pellets up to the top. I left it at 50% filled and when I came back 6 hours later, there were no pellets in the center of the feeder bin, only on the sides. I loaded more in to the feeder bin and nothing happened for 20m. What had happened is that the pellets became backlogged inside the spinning injector. It was a serious pain in the rear to take all of the hot internal parts out to get to the pellet injector to clear the backup. Only caused a minor fire. But, if that's the only issue we've run into, it can totally be overcome by preloaded the pellet bin to the top for overnight smoking. Overall, pretty amazing product. You won't regret buying one.

Used grill twice and is now not working

I bought this grill used it once and worked great. Second time around it never got up to twmp and the fan never kicked on. I have the world heaviest paperweight in my garage.
