Great product, while it works

Battery only lasts a few hours...charged all day & placed on baby around 7PM....By 2 AM our house was jolted awake by the alarm because the battery died.
The ability to track babies sleep pattern is nice though

After reading a Facebook friend's post about how they bought their son the Owlet and it ended up notifying them of low oxygen due to him covering his face with his hands, I knew right away I needed to get one. In all my ultrasounds, my daughter covered her face with her hands and I knew once she was born it wouldn't be any different, which I was right! Every night she pulls her hands up to her face for comfort and although the Owlet hasn't sent any alarms concerning that yet, I'm still able to go to sleep knowing my daughter is protected by the sensor. I also love how my husband is able to keep track how she is doing miles away while he's at work in the early morning. I highly recommend all parents to take the leap and buy one. You won't get better sleep without it!

The Owlet Sleep Sock saved our baby girl's life!!

I would recommend this product to all expecting mothers. I will admit when my daughter wanting this I thought it was just another must have because all her friends had one, but after researching the Owlet Sleep Sock I said wow I'm not paying that! After lots of thoughts and prayers I decided to purchase it, and I am so glad I did! After about a week at home with my Granddaughter the alarm kept going off and by the time they got to her she was ok so they thought maybe she was just wiggling around and set it off, till it got more frequent and they were noticing her turning blue and not breathing. She was taking to her Dr right away and then sent straight to Brenner's Children's Hospital where she stayed for a month under going many test and hooked up to oxygen and monitors. Come to find out she had a deformity at her wind pipe that was causing her heart and breathing to stop, after surgery to fix the problem and recovery in the hospital she is now home for now with oxygen, but doing great, so great that I believe when she goes in for her check up in June they will take her off the oxygen completely. With all this being said I am a firm believer in the Owlet Sleep Sock and think of how many babies that die in their sleep and recorded as SIDS when this could have saved their live and they to could have just had a deformity. Please pay the money it is worth every penny to be able to still my sweet baby girl.

My little one is about to be 3 in a month. First time mom and dad we were absolutely scared! We all slept in the living room the first 2 months!
Once we got the sock, the wrap and camera were not out at the time, we actually slept between feedings! Even with a medical background for both of us it is natural for any parent to be scared. It was wonderful. She slept in a swaddle on her back and eventually wiggles her arms out. Only a few times did she kick it off. The alarm went off and it was easy to reset in her even with the swaddle still in and she never woke up with the alarm going off. It’s subtle enough to just get the parents attention. Mind you this is just when owlet was really gaining traction. I recommend it then and now. Technology has advanced for the company since and look at the wonderful products! I’m gifting one to my best friend and her husband expecting a boy in a month. It’s a secret! She’s going to love it!

We purchased this for our little rainbow after losing our oldest to a congenital heart defect. This sock is amazing and we consider this the best purchase we have made for our little one! The data is right on our phone whenever we feel worried and is very close to accurate. It is amazing to see the sleep patterns and know if baby is getting enough quality sleep. Easy to clean and care for. You can’t put a price on peace of mind!

We love our Owlet. It is so easy to use. It gives us peace of mind to sleep overnight along side our very deep sleeping 3 month old. I love that I no longer have to "half sleep" constantly checking to make sure my son is breathing properly. I trust that the Owlet will alert us if something is wrong. We have had a few false alarms, mostly due to improper placement of the Owlet, usually caused by too much squirming on my little guys part. But I'd much rather have a few false alarms than not wake up if something was actually happening.
