We bought the second generation over and year ago and today decided the third generation plus is our next buy. During this year we have been so concerned with the health of our son with COVID and RSV being a growing health concern in his age group. Knowing that we have a monitor like this that we can use to the age of five makes us feel a lot better.. I have and will continue to recommend this product to family and friends.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Peace of mind, works as advertised

We are very happy with this product.We are well aware that it does not replace a safe sleep environment, but it does give us that added peace of mind that I needed. We got a few false alarms during the first 2 nights, but then I learned how to properly fit the sock (nice an snug along toes AND along side of foot). It came quickly once ordered, no defects, well made as far as we can see, and does what it says it will. What more can you really ask for?
Pros: Easy to set up

Stopped working after 6 weeks of use

We have had the owlet for 6 weeks - at first I was really happy with the sock itself, even though the app rarely functions properly but now the sock itself has just stopped working. It doesn’t pick up any ready at all and consistently says there is a sock placement issue (there isn’t). I’m done with this thing and hope I can get my money back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery last at least two nights if you forget to charge one day. It helps me rest better knowing my son is monitored all night by his owlet. The sock is very comfortable and my son doesn't act like it bothers him at all.

The auto rotate doesn't work within the app on a iPad. Also not getting consistent readings on my iPad it keeps saying my baby is moving to much and she is perfectly still. I have a call into tech support on this.

Love the peace of mind!

I love my owlet for my baby. She is 5 weeks old and we have used it from the first night home from the hospital. I love how it gives me peace of mind and I can watch her at night and zoom into her face and watch her. I like to make sure she isn’t splitting up while she is sleeping. So I love that I can see at night and can see her face. The owlet is worth the money that we spent you can’t put a price on the peace of mind it gives me. Plus I have the sock that lets me know if something is wrong.
