Absolutely love this product!!

As a first time mom who suffers from PPD and PPA I would recommend this product to anybody having a baby. We didn’t get it until our baby was a week old and that whole first week I did not sleep I was up checking on baby every hour. After getting it I was able to relax, check the app to see if baby was doing ok and go to sleep. We had an issue with the sock three months after receiving it; I chatted with an amazing customer service rep who diagnosed the issues and sent out a new sock and charging cord free of charge. So happy with my purchase

When my daughter was 6 months old, her oxygen dropped below 80 due to RSV. We wouldn’t have known this was happening without the smart sock. THANK YOU!

I bought this product about two months ago and I have not yet went a night without it. I purchased the smart sock 3. My coworker has an older model (which is great too) that we compared the smart sock 3 with and she said she will be upgrading as well, the new features are great. Thank God to this day I have not had the red alarm go off. Thank you owlet for the peace of mind

Loving the product however I’d like to get notifications of baby sleeping face down and to allow me to change the parameters to my preference for the pulse oximeter

Great product but poorly made socks

We love our Owlet. It has given us peace of mind knowing our daughter is sleeping safely. The only issue we have with the product is the fabric sock. The original sock that came with the Owlet lasted for about 6 months. The first two sizes she did not use for long but once she got to the 3rd size it only made it about 6months. We ordered the limited edition rainbow sock since our daughter is a rainbow baby. That sock only lasted about 4-5 months. Here we are on our 3rd set of socks. Please make the socks out of a thicker or stronger material.

Absolute Garbage. Don't buy.

We've had nothing but problems since buying the Owlet Smart Sock 2 about 3 months ago. While it occasionally worked, we were constantly plagued by connectivity issues. The app (iOS and Android) is terrible. No controls. Now the battery is constantly failing, or is triggering that annoying notification. We HATE our Owlet and are sorry we bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I took the leap and purchased this product when our son was two months old! We love it. We've only had one red alert, and it happened when we needed it! Our baby was laying facedown on his nose! It gave us a good scare, but was loud enough that we were both awakened so we could quickly solve the problem! For that one moment, we are grateful and would recommend this product. We get many yellow alerts, but they don't annoy us. We silence them. The one time you have a red alert is worth the price paid for the product.
Pros: Loud alarm/ alerts
Cons: lots of yellow alerts
