Gives me peace of mind at home and work

I was gifted the smart sock just before our second son was born. I am a med-surg and ER nurse and often work 12 hour night shifts. It has given me so much peace of mind both when I am home, and when I am at work and want to quick peek in at him to see how he is doing. I sleep better knowing I will be alerted should something happen. It is also so interesting to me to be able to see his, pulse, oxygen and sleep graphs in the app. I absolutely love the owlet and wish I had it with our first to calm my sometimes anxious mind! I would recommend it to everyone!

Was on the fence as some people acted like this would be annoying or was over the top. I 100% think it is worth it. We wanted to have our baby sleep in a crib in their own room and there is no way I would have slept okay without this. It is also great for naps just to have piece of mind. You can look at your phone at any time to check their oxygen level and heart rate and it also tells you how well they sleep. We have not gotten false alarms and have a wonderful experience. I love this and would highly recommend it.

Great for keeping parents at ease!

I bought this a month ago after my newborn was released from the NICU with RSV and it was a lifesaver. It was the best thing to have to know how oxygen levels were for our daughter since she was sent home on oxygen. I will definitely be purchasing the bigger sock for my 2 & 4 year old for those times when they are sick and I want to know what their oxygen levels are at.

No Longer So Anxious!

Before having our baby everyone told us to get the Owlet. I didn’t think we needed it, after all I “wouldn’t be the kind of parent who worries so much”. Within one week my husband convinced me to buy it. I couldn’t even set our infant down for a nap without checking her constantly! At night I was hyper alert to any noise she made which made me lose extra sleep. Anxiety took over and I was a mess.
The price was the main deterrent for me but when peace of mind is at stake, who cares?!
We have had no problems with the sock since we’ve learned how to put it on properly (we needed to look up a video online). I unplug the base station when I feed her in the middle of the night (because she sometimes wiggles it off and the alarm chime goes off, waking my husband) although there is a feature to easily disconnect/reconnect the base station through the app (it just makes a tiny beep noise which also wakes my husband).
I WOULD like to see other chime options and have the ability to adjust the light setting on the base station (I understand they are working on making that possible).
Overall, super happy we got this product! We are fully expecting this to last multiple children so crossing our fingers the quality lasts!

I bought this when my newborn was 10 days old because my 3 yo brought home RSV and I was already worried about sleeping with a newborn. Lots of friends suggested this product to help me sleep easier at night. It’s so easy to use and truly gives me a sense of relief knowing baby is being monitored! I would recommend this product to all parents.

Love the smart sock when it’s working. However it can be a pain to connect to the internet or hot spot on your phone especially. Takes several attempts before getting a connection.

Peace of mind

Have been using this on my baby since she came home from hospital 8 weeks ago. It gives me great peace of mind when I’m sleeping at night. Love the sleep statistics too
