Baby Lifesaver

I have been able to use the Owlet Sock 3 for the past month with my 4th baby. It’s been so useful! With the first 6-8 weeks, my sleep is completely out the window. Due to sleep deprivation, I am guilty of having my newborn fall asleep on my chest. I have always been afraid of suffocating my babies. If I accidentally fall asleep, the Owlet Sock 3 has the capability to alert me if my baby’s oxygen level through my iPhone and the base station. It has given me a huge relief! I use it every night religiously. I wish I had the Owlet Sock with my previous children. Thank you Owlet for saving my baby!

Smart Sock 3 Duo is awesome

My husband and I chose the Owlet, because we felt the smart sock would help with ease of mind knowing the baby is okay with all the information it gives us. My husband loves going on the app and being able to see how our baby boy is doing while he is at work. We also thought the sock would be more comfortable than a wrap/pad that the baby lays on.

Calms my nerves!

We had not originally planned to use an owlet sock, until we read our cousins review on the sock on Facebook. It was even better that she had received it through a non-profit organization for free to help reduce SIDS. My sons have a 5 year gap between their ages, so to me this meant being a fresh new mom again. Gave me that parent anxiety until we wrote in and got the pleasure of trying this product out too! We love it. I get to monitor it even when I leave to work and my husband stays home with our boys in the morning. Amazing!

Lets Me Sleep Soundly

My baby stopped breathing during his nap qhen he was a month old. I found him cold to the touch and gray. He stayed in the hospital for a few nights constantly being monitored and when we came home, just the thought of putting him to bed made me start bawling. My husband left that night and bought the owlet smart sock and I was able to sleep and have been able to since. It gives me peace of mind for sure. The only downfall is if I put it on before he falls asleep, the alarm is constantly going off while I try to get him to sleep. If I put it on once he falls asleep, then it wakes him up putting it on. If there was only a way to pause the smart sock that would solve the problem!

Happy so far!

We have had our owlet for about 3 weeks now. So far, we haven’t had any issues and have found it easy to use and the app has worked well. We purchased it for our 3 mo (at the time) baby just for the extra peace of mind, especially as she will be rolling soon and also moving in to her own room. I love being able to open the app and check on her instead of leaning over her while she’s sleeping and trying not to wake her, because as a FTM I’ve definitely had a hard time not continually checking on her, especially if she’s being “too quiet”! We are enjoying the purchase so far, it has been worth every penny to us. The only thing I would like to change would be the volume of the base alert when it is having trouble reading, I wish I could temporarily make it more quiet or that the pause button worked for longer. If I’m going to be changing her diaper or she is crying and I’m trying to settle her, having that go off loudly and repeatedly doesn’t help.

Peace of mind

My mom bought this for me for my first baby. I can sleep better knowing that it will alarm me if baby stops breathing or her heart rate goes too high or low.

More Sleepy for Mama

The first few nights with our little one I got very little sleep. When he was crying I couldn't sleep but when he was silent the stress really started to get to me. My husband ran out and got the Owl 3 and now I can finally sleep when he is sleeping.
Thankfully, we haven't had any red alarms go off, but it really is such a peace of mind.
Plus, he really doesn't even seem to notice it on at all. I was slightly worried he would pitch a fit about having it around his foot but honestly he doesn't even notice at all.
We love it.
