Detected low oxygen at night

I am so thankful that we had this when we brought our daughter home. Each time we were at the doctors, her oxygen levels were good. We noticed that they were low at night and the alarm for the oxygen had went off to notify us that it had dipped significantly low. We told the doctor and she didn't think this was really happening because there was no sign of it when it was checked at the office but did order an overnight oxygen test. Sure enough, her oxygen levels were dipping at night. She was placed on oxygen for 2.5 weeks and then was able to come off. If we didn't have the Owlet, we wouldn't have known. This is truly worth every penny! I wish I would have had it for my first child!

Easy set up

I knew this was something I was going to need when I became a mom when I heard about the owlet years ago. I am still waiting for my baby to arrive, so my review is more on the set up and app. I am a software engineer, so these kind of things do come easier to me, but I found the set up painless and swift. I really appreciate the app design and usability. When I was setting it up it took in account nesting mothers and didn't force me to make up info for my baby to continue set up.
My only critique is that there isn't any easy way to turn off the sock. I can get the base station to turn off, but once he finally grows out of it I may just have to just let the sock completely die to store it. I tried googling it, but the results I get is for the owlet 2.

Great product

I just purchased owlet sock gen 3 with camera
products are really good quality and very efficient, i tried sock on my finger and it read my hpm/oxygen levels. I’m having my first baby and i wont be having much help besides my husband so i decided to purchase the sock to have peace of mind when im asleep and baby is too. I have friends that own owlet and said they have excellent experience with it. I cant wait for my baby to be born to test it out on her and know shes doing ok .

Great for vital readings but...

My husband and I love the concept of the smart sock. It seems to give pretty good readings for vitals but the sleep tracking portion never seems to be very accurate which is unfortunate because that’d be such a helpful feature and could provide great insight.

I’ve had it for a couple weeks now it’s so convenient my son was in NICU for 100 days he was sent home on oxygen and a pulse ox with long cords every time he wiggled the alarm went off got losing sensor so this is so much better (he’s off oxygen now)

A Must Have

As a pediatric ICU nurse, I was skeptical about this. I didn’t want false alarms and annoying beeping all day and night at home. However, this product is amazing. It fits like a glove. It definitely gives me a sense of security with my baby being in his nursery. I highly recommend!

Peace of mind for FTM

I was interested in this product after watching several tiktoks about it and put it on my registry. Our daughter came two weeks early and for the first few nights we didn’t get any sleep. My friend delivered the sock when our daughter was five days old and since then we’ve been able to finally get some sleep. We’re first time parents raising a baby during a pandemic and could not have more anxiety. This product has given us peace of mind and we are so grateful for the sleep it has helped us get.

Peace of Mind

We absolutely love the additional peace of mind we have when our little boy is wearing the Owlet Smart Sock. Since he is a preemie and withdrawing, due to choices his bio mom made, having this additional diagnostic tool helps us all to get a better nights sleep.
