Horrible

I bought this due to my baby boy being early! He has had lots of low oxygen readings with this sock. I had told his pcp about to O2 stats. She then sent us to the hospital. All of the doctors there said do NOT ever use this again! They are not true readings. I thought it was a good thing to have but it is definitely not a good thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t waste your money on the camera

The camera never works. We have updated all of our WiFi to make sure we have better strength and still it never works. The sock is worth the money. It works and give you a great peace of mind. I wish I would Have just bought the sock instead of the bundle and purchased a different camera system.

False Readings

A little disappointed that the sock was "receiving readings" and it was not even on her. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it works, or when I think it is working it seems great. Camera is nice, wish I would receive notifications when she starts crying. The sock seems to be faulty, have not been able to trust it since I noticed "readings are normal" but it may not even be working. This is the Gen 2 sock though. I guess Gen 3 may be different but I am not spending additional money for it

As a first time mom, this product has saved me so much anxiety and stress. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the owlet will alert me if anything is wrong while baby is sleeping. Every parent should invest in this, it’s more than worth it.

Saved our preemie!

We had our son 6 weeks early and after 8 days of being in the hospital with no oxygen at all, first night home, we had the Owlet on him and had about 10 low oxygen notifications. The doctor said I was being paranoid and after switching doctors and having to convince another that my sons oxygen was too low, they finally sent me home with a hospital monitor so they could have two sources. The next day the doctor called and said my son needed a chest x-ray and oxygen taken home with him asap and that I was right about it all along. He ended up having to have oxygen for 5 weeks. We are SO grateful for the Owlet, without it who knows what would have happened. It gives me such peace of mind and a restful nights sleep.

Saved my sons life!

we bought this for my son when he was diagnosed with sleep apnea while in the nicu. when he was about 2 months old his sock alarm went off and when we got to him he wasnt moving or breathing he was just limp. we was able to stimulate him enough to start breathing and crying again. If we didnt have the smart sock my baby wouldnt be here today. We just got our 3rd generation sock for our daughter who is due any time now. We are so beyond thankful for having this peace of mind for our children!

I bought this during our hospital stay after our daughter was hospitalized with apnea. It has given me reassurance. I just wish it was portable and I can take it anywhere like stores etc. I would still recommend the product and love it.
