Thank goodness

My precious 9 month old baby boy is thriving - but he may never have gotten to this stage if not for his Owlet. When he was 3 months old, he got a little sick - sniffly but no big deal. Then his Owlet went off 3 times in one night, one terrifying 1 hour period due to low oxygen. His father and I thought it was a mistake until the 3rd time when we rushed him to the pediatric ER and confirmed his oxygen level really was too low. The hospital diagnosed him with RSV and admitted him for two days before sending us home with oxygen tanks. We never would have known he was in trouble without his Owlet.

Great Product, listening to feedback

My wife and I have been using the sock 3 for some 5 months now and we've loved it. Ease of use over the sock 2 is amazing. The base station is smaller and more discrete. The sock charges more easily and the battery life is much better. It is also really easy to clean and wash.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gives me peace of mind when baby is sick

I had heard about the owlet but had a hard time making a decision on it until my baby got his first cold and then his second cold and then covid came along. We wanted a way to monitor his oxygen and heart rate levels from home without having to take him into the doctor unless things were really serious due to not wanting to expose him to anything else. It was at the end of his second cold that we finally purchased this and oh how it helped us so much as he got his 3rd cold in his first three months of life. I had so much more peace of mind being able to see that even though he sounded terrible and stuffy, he still had high oxygen levels.
We still use this most nights and it just helps me sleep a little better at night. We still have our monitor to listen for him and use all of the safe sleep practices. This is just that little extra monitoring.
I also happen to love that this monitors his sleep and so I'm able to look at the data to see how his sleep went the night before. It's been helping me figure out a better sleep schedule as well as night feeding and hopefully night weaning soon because I can better see what his sleep cycles look like.

New mom worries

As a speech language pathologist and new mom I had way too much information on possibilities and concerns. Knowing how important oxygen saturation and heart rate monitoring were I knew I needed an Owlet smart sock. We were blessed enough to try out this version prior to the roll out and fell in love with the ease of putting in on, taking it off and the notifications. Baby is now 6 months and we are extremely satisfied with our owlet sock, camera and customer service.

Owlet sock and camera

I just received my owlet sock and camera and I will say I’m absolutely in love my son gave me a scare where I thought where he was basically unresponsive so this was a must I took the best 3 hour nap since this happen I haven’t slept really now I can get all my house hold things done with him being with me at all times without actually holding him I will say I DISLIKE there’s only one color or the socks but other then that I love EVERYTHING ABOUT

Peace of mind!

I purchased the smart sock 2 after reading about an infant that is alive today because of an Owlet monitor alert. As a first time mom, I was too nervous to sleep when my baby was sleeping before I got the smart sock. I now have peace of mind and can sleep knowing that I will be immediately notified if my baby stops breathing. It is also extremely easy to use and does not bother my baby at all!

We purchased this sock when our baby turned 4 months old and was just beginning to want to turn to his belly during sleep. The first night he did this he would put his mouth up against the mattress and had labored breathing, and so we went and purchased the sock the next day. We felt comfortable not having to run into his room every time it looked like he was face down on the baby monitor when he had the sock on. The sock ensured us that he was breathing normally and allowed us to sleep better knowing we would be alerted if anything changed. My only two negative points is that we had some slight issues with connectivity when we first got it, but we moved the location of the base station slightly and that was solved. I also wish it would allow me to customize the range at which it alerts you to an issue. I would say these are minor issues and we are very glad we purchased this sock.

Need sleep!

Everyone needs sleep especially new moms, after my first 3 I would sleep horrible always waking to check on the baby. Nonstop! The owlet just gives you a peace of mind that if you baby rolls over (especially if still swaddled) or if they spit up and need help - you will be notified! I really have enjoyed this monitor. If I ever have another baby I'll still use it or buy another! Worth every penny!
