Peace of mind!

I bought the smart sock 3 when my son was 7 months old as I was ready to move him to his own room but I wasn’t ready to not have my eyes and ears on him at all times. The owlet sock let me have the best of both worlds by allowing me to see his vital statistics while he slept independently in his own room! The peace of mind the owlet gave me was tremendous and helped ease my anxiety as my son slept, allowing me to sleep better! I highly recommend the owlet to all my friends.

Incredible Peace of Mind

We purchased the sock because instead of sleeping, I would sit there staring at my newborn, terrified that something would happen while I slept. We use the sock for both naps and bedtime, and it has been a huge weight off our shoulders to know it will alert us if something is wrong. Around 5 months old my son became a stomach sleeper, and fell asleep face down on his mattress and we got a red alert for low oxygen, so we were able to get to him immediately and he is okay! I also appreciate that it helps me track his naps and sleep patterns! I absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for that extra peace of mind come bedtime.

Best Purchase I ever made

Bought this when my daughter was a little older than a month old. As a first time mom & extremely paranoid, my first night home with my daughter I slept a total of 2 hours as I was constantly checking up on her. Paranoid of SIDS, I caved in & purchased this.
At first, it would go off in the middle of the night because the sock would move when she kicked since her foot was tiny. She also had an issue breathing where she would forget to breathe & gasp for air.
Eventually found a way to keep the sock from moving.
The sock provided comfort for me knowing it would properly alert me when she had any issues breathing.

Better sleep for everyone!

I had seen the owelet on social media and as a nurse I understood the concept behind it as a pulse ox. I had the thought that it was for crazy overprotective new moms and that it was not necessary, especially for the price. My husband was definitely not on board initially due to the price tag. Fast forward to having a new baby who would seemingly only sleep if he was in the bed next to us... and then none of us were sleeping due to fear of him asphyxiating in the night. I cannot say enough about how much peace of mind this product has given me. We use it every single night and when he is taking naps at home. I love that I can go back and look at the graph of his sleep from the night before and also actively monitor him from my phone. It also helps me to see if he is in a deep sleep before trying to set him down in his crib to see if he will sleep through the transfer. My only downside is that the sock material seems to kind of stretch out after a while (we have had it for 4 months) and if he is restless it has come loose from his foot a couple of times. we also live in an older home which is cinderblock and the distance that we are able to go from the base to the sock without an alert is about half the length of our house which can be frustrating when you are trying to walk out a fussy baby to sleep. We have found just turning the base off during this time is the easiest work around.

Great Product

I used this product for my premie twins when they got home from the NICU. It was such a great thing to have for the peace of mind of knowing that I could sleep and they would be OK. It works really well once you figure it out. So happy I decided to make the investment in the Owlet.

We got the Owlet Sock and at first had reservations about if it actually worked or not. Fast forward to having the device for roughly 5 months and I have never more thrilled about a notification sounding off. The first time we experienced a Red notification and realized our son was in distress, my husband and I were in the living room completely unaware our son needed help. Our Ring camera didn’t catch his movement to alert us, but the Owlet did. We ran to him and were able to quickly get his heart rate to normal levels. With every fiber in my body I know without the Owlet sock our circumstances could’ve been far worse. I will forever highly recommend this device to any parent. The peace of mind it provides us as parents is 10000% worth it. Can’t wait until we can pair the Owlet Cam with it.m, but for now we’re grateful for such a helpful product.

Must have baby product

We started using this product as our son was transitioning to napping and sleeping in his crib. It helped ease the transition of him sleeping at our bedside to now in a new room. We still use the safe sleep practices but this helped ease my new mom anxiety of him sleeping. I love that it tracks his amount of total sleep, light sleep, and deep sleep.

The sock design and how it charges is improved on v3. Wish the range from base stations was a little longer. Peace of mind is priceless to me and helped me with transition from bassinet to crib
