Peace of Mind

We purchased the Owlet two years ago for our oldest. We only used it when he began flipping to his stomach to sleep as this made me nervous with his room being on a different floor than us. I felt like a paranoid, first time mom but was glad to have the peace of mind.
Fast forward to our second child. She’s been struggling here lately with congestion. This evening we were alerted that her oxygen level had dipped too low. I am so thankful that she was wearing the Owlet because I was able to respond immediately. I couldn’t even imagine not having known her oxygen level was low and having just gone to bed. We are forever grateful for the Owlet and believe this one instance paid for the monitor in itself.

My daughter a premie and born at 35 weeks I was terrified of sids I bought the smart sock the day she came home from the hospital when she was two months old I noticed her oxygen was low thanks to the smart sock I took her to the doctors where indeed her oxygen was still low they admitted her where we spent 5 days in icu and 6 days in the regular peds floor she had rsv..so thankful I was notified of low oxygen because I would of never known to take her in ! Thank you the only suggestion I have is to maybe be notified when their wiggling Incase there’s an issue and that’s why their wiggling

A MUST HAVE!!!

Every parent should have an owlet. It gives you such a peace of mind. I am currently using it on my second child and have recommended it to other parents!!! Worth every penny!!!! Also if you have any questions it is so easy to chat with them through the app.

Greatest Peace of mind EVER

I’m on baby #4. I wish I had this for my first 3. This monitor has been the best peace of mind ever!! It’s so easy to set up and place on baby. It’s so comfortable my son doesn’t even know it’s on. I switch feet every night just because I’ve heard about the breakouts (my son does have sensitive skin) from the sock but my sons skin has never shown any signs of rash/irritation. This product is worth every penny.

Easy to set up. Always works. Valuable information when kids are sick. Helped save our baby when he had RSV. I can’t say enough good things. So thankful for the Owlet. Absolutely amazing.

If your router is not compatible don't bother

Very excited about this product. As i'm setting it up I keep getting a connection error. I read everything and try the advise given to me. Nothing works after 3 attemps. Chatted with customer service who worked with me for a long time and gave me more advise to try. Customer service was great!
Long story short, your router has a setting on it called Wireless Mood. You can not have (n) included in that setting. B & G are ok, just not N. My router did not have an option to remove N. Long story short, I need to get a new roughter that supports this change to use the owelet. Too much trouble, so i'm returning the product.

Peace of mind after NICU stay

We got an owlet sock for when our premature baby came home from the NICU, and it was invaluable to help monitor and ensure things were going ok during sleep. The nurse at owlet helped troubleshoot fitting the sock for such a tiny baby, and we were able to make it work as soon as he was home. Now that the extra “scary” first few months are past, we still love the sock for peace of mind as he adjust sleeping positions, and to track his sleep—this is our favorite feature at this point, and really has helped us with ensuring our little one gets adequate and safe sleep. customer service has been wonderful as well, and the few times we have called they have been patient and helpful. When new parents as for my “must haves”, an owlet sock is on the list.

Great product and great costumer service

Using my owlet on my 3rd baby and started getting a sock placement alert. Tried all kinds of troubleshooting and after using the chat service on the website, it was concluded that I needed a new sensor. The rep, Mel, put in an order for me and 3 business days later I got it. For free! And we are now back to sleeping great again!
