Definitely gives peace of mind

Our newborn daughter sleeps in our room and we use this every night at bedtime. Very easy to use and I sleep soundly knowing it is monitoring our baby's heart rate and O2. We do have to turn it off at feeding because burping her causes a false alarm but it fits well under her footie pajamas and we're very happy with our purchase.
Pros: App is nice, Easy To Setup
Cons: Wiggle feature is very sensitive

I received two owlets for my twins in November. Since bringing them home from the NICU 2.5 weeks ago, we'eve used this product every night. It is good for peace of mind but only to a certain extent. This product is made for infants up to 18 months old; the heart rate of a newborn and an 18 month old vary greatly. One thing I dislike about this product is its inability to control the range of vitals. In no way do I want my newborn's heart rate to plummet to 60 before being told there is a problem. The same thing goes for the oxygen saturation, it is set to alarm you when baby's level drops below 80. Feasible for an 18 month old, not for my newborns. I would recommend this product because it is headed in the right direction in my opinion, but it does need some tweaking.

I love this product. The only issue I have with it is we sometimes get alerts that the sock is disconnected from the base station even when they are next to each other but other than that, I have no complaints. It's easy to use/put on the baby/set up, we love the app that tells us her oxygen levels and heart rate, and all around just gives us peace of mind.
Pros: Doesn't bother baby, Easy Set Up, Easy to use, Peace of mind
Cons: Some Connectivity Issues

I love that the Owlet provides a peace of mind for me as a new mom!! My niece died from SIDS so when my husband and I found out we were expecting, we knew we would want a product to provide some extra peace of mind when our babe sleeps--the Owlet has been just that! Our complaints are minimal, the benefits certainly outweigh them. We found the Owlet was not very easy to set up (lacking clear directions and explanation of features and how to use the product) which is frustrating, but once we figured it out it wasn't bad. Also, the alerts are a little confusing because we couldn't figure out how to get them to stop until we shut it off and turn it back on by trial and error (this is something that should be covered in a direction manual). We have had a few false alerts (red) which is okay, but a little scary!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I looooove this product. I worry myself sick (literally) and this product has helped me so much. For the first month of my sons life I would just stare at him while he slept and then move him if I couldnt tell that he was breathing. PEACE OF MIND is right. Now every time I have the urge to check on him(which is still a ton) I can check the app :). I just purchased my second sock so that he can wear one all day for naps while the other one is charging and ready for the night. No flaws worth mentioning. Thank you so much to the people who made this possible. I love that I can keep such a close eye on my baby without literally having to. < 3 I have sock one and am excited to see how the sock 2 is better.

As first time parents, the owlet has definitely given us some extra piece of mind when our baby is sleeping. Well worth the money! Also, our daughter has hip dysplasia and has to wear a pavlik harness, but luckily the sock is thin enough that it fits right in the harness. I do wish there was a way the app would show a daily log of her heart rate/oxygen levels as it changes throughout the night. Currently, the app only shows real time data. Also, the Android app requires you to close and reopen the app every time.
