Anxiety relief

I have extremely high anxiety, and after having a miscarriage I was terrified of anything happening to my rainbow baby. My biggest fear is her choking or suffocating in her sleep. The owlet helps me be able to sleep knowing her oxygen levels and heart rate are being monitored. I love that I can check her levels right on the app. This review reflects my experience with and opinion of this product as an actual customer. Note: I received a small incentive for posting my opinion."

We got this sock after a month's stay and the NICU. We wanted to sleep easy even though we no longer had 24/7 nurse support. We read reviews and were worried about the sock being complicated, however, it is extremely easy to put on and we have no issues with it. It stays connected throughout our entire top floor and only disconnects if we bring the baby downstairs. We also only keep it on at night therefore avoiding the problems others face with the baby's foot becoming raw..

I purchased this product after my son was exposed to RSV. It gave me less anxiety when he was sleeping. I love how you can use it when your wifi is down as well.

Great idea but

The whole concept of monitor and monitoring sock is great. We have been using the owet for over a year. Twice our son stopped breathing and the owlet alerted us through the device and phone apps, and we were able to wake our son and made sure he was breathing again. We were very appreciative of the owlet.
Over time, it seems the app got slower and there is a long delay for live video. Onthe Android app, you cannot get a full screen, the option does not work.
Just of recently the owlet has stopped recording the readings, this is very disappointing 😞.
I feel as though the app for the owlet does not get updated , to keep up with the latest OS releases.

Ok when it wants to work.

I bought the sock 3 as I am a first time mum. Whilst it has given me relief knowing my baby is ok while he sleeps, it can be unpredictable and lose wifi easily.
Every now and then our dock will lose internet connectivity and takes days to reconnect. We don’t have a 5g network and thinks it is picking up one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Couldn’t be more grateful of this sick since my son got out of special care. I would be lost with out it. My 4th and final baby has needed so much attention to keep him safe with his oxygen and heart rate and it was the only reason they allowed me to take him home knowing I could monitor him at all times :) 100% recommend for anyone and everyone

Great product, when it's not malfunctioning!

This is a difficult product review for me because I absolutely love the product and think it's wonderful what this company is doing for new families. That being said, there are some things about the product that drive me absolutely nuts and don't allow me to give a raving review. When the product is working, it's great. The readings appear accurate, the sock fits appropriate and generally stays on my babies foot, and it gives me peace of mind. The problem? It's not always working. The base station will regularly send out alerts stating that the sock has "fallen off", that our baby is wiggling, or that it can't obtain an accurate reading. When our baby is sleeping soundly in her rock n play next to our bed, her sock is nice and snug and the alarm goes off at 3:00am telling us that the sock has fallen off, it immediately makes me want to hurl the sock at the wall (without baby attached). With all that being said, I love this product and love the peace of mind that it gives us. Even if this sock alerts us 1 time it will be worth every single penny we paid for it.

Should make heartrate and o2 sat should be constant an have a different alert for movement/wiggle
