Must have for NICU parents at home!

So glad we bought this Owlet Sock. It became a must-have item for us and our son.
It adds quite a bit of peace of mind as you sleep. We were able to trust the sock in alerting us to any issues, which happened a handful of times and were spot-on accurate for us. As our son had reflux and spit up the sock alerted and woke us up so we were able to quickly help him out. I cant say enough great things about this product, if you are thinking about it, go for it. As you get to know your child's heart rates, you can quickly tell at a glance with the App, if he/she is having an elevated heartrate and fussy or calm and relaxed with a lower heart rate. A+!!

Rest easy knowing baby is safe!

My husband and I decided to give the sock a try and we’re very glad we did. Our baby had some respiratory issues at birth, so being able to monitor her stats at home keeps us reassured that she’s doing well. We also like the graphs and stats that the device collects. It tells us how and when she sleeps through the night so we can make adjustments to keep her comfortable. I couldn’t imagine having to go without it at this point, this device truly is amazing.

Peace of mind for new parents

We’ve been using the owlet 3 for about a week and a half and love it so far. It took a little trial and error in the beginning to get it fitted on our son’s foot correctly, but that was mostly user error. We’ve had very few false alarms. If I’m holding him and the owlet is up against me, that can mess with the readings. Also if he is very upset and crying sometimes the high heart rate alarm will go off, but it drops back down quickly after.
We definitely follow safe sleep practices, but the owlet gives us the peace of mind to sleep a bit better ourselves and we really appreciate it.

Recommend if you want piece of mind

We received the Owlet off our baby registry and it was definitely one of the gifts we were most excited about. The sock truly gives us piece of mind at night to rest a little easier knowing there is some monitoring happening of our little one.
So far we have been loving this product and highly recommend it. We have had some false alarms although they have been far and few between.

Need larger sock options

Definitely gives me the peace of mind at night, which I LOVE! but I would like to recommend to the manufacture to make a larger sock size. My little boy is 14 months and 26 pounds (which I know is getting to the borderline of what this product covers) but he recently had two seizures, so I bought this to make sure he does not seize at night. He has a rather large foot for his age and the biggest sock barely fits. I am sure this has been mentioned in the past, but thought I would mention it again.

Love the peace of mind!

Overall, we love the owlet sock. It gives us peace of mind as new parents that our son is safe and healthy without needing to check on him constantly during the night. Our only concern was that it often yellow alerts us that the sock is misplaced, and we need to check and fix it, but this is a minor concern because the sound is different from the "red alert" which would mean the baby was in danger.

a parents relief

I bought this sock about two weeks ago for my newborn daughter. me and my husband absolutely love the sock, it gives us such relief when she goes down for a nap or bed time. we can sleep peacefully at night knowing our daughter is safe.

Peace of Mind

I received this as a gift for one of my baby showers. All I can say is I am so thankful for it - I know this isn’t a medical device per se BUT it does give me great peace of mind throughout the night as it allows me to check on my newborn son without the possibility of waking him up. It’s also great during his daytime naps because I am able to monitor his heart rate and tell when he is starting to wake up! My only complaint is that I have had two false alarms with the sock so far that absolutely scared me to death but when I checked on him he was totally fine. I know the company is constantly trying to improve on these sorts of issues so hopefully there will be an update to take care of that soon. Overall though it has provided great peace of mind for this anxious new mom and I would recommend it to anybody who is thinking of purchasing!
