Thankful for the owlet sock!

We got the owlet sock as a gift from my grandparents. Nighttime would make me anxious, but having the sock has given me so much peace! Just knowing that we’d be notified if anything was wrong let me sleep better at night. She’s one happy baby and I’m one happy mama! Thanks owlet

Peace of mind

I bought this recently when my baby started rolling over on her tummy to sleep (7 mos). After rolling her onto her back, she goes right back into her tummy. I couldn’t sleep because I was so worried and constantly staring at the monitor. Owlet has allowed me to have some peace of mind...and some sleep! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there have been a few “disconnected from base station” false alarms when baby tucks her food behind one of her crib slats.

Such a piece of mind

I bought the owlette 3 when my daughter got home from the NICU. She came home on a feeding tube and oxygen... and has a lot of medical problems. This is SO nice to be able to pull up the app on your phone and check the heart rate and oxygen levels at anytime. Highly recommend

As first time parents, anxiety about bringing a baby home can be really high. The owlet smart sock gives peace of mind to my husband and I that our baby is safe. It is easy to use and accessible with your phone.

New parent anxiety soother

I bought the owlet sock long before my baby was born. I know myself and I knew I wouldn’t sleep after she arrived for worrying about whether or not she was breathing. I spent two nights in the hospital and didn’t sleep a second just staring at the rise and fall of her chest. When we got home, I put the sock on her and finally slept for a little over an hour while she slept. It just gave me the only peace of mind I had had in days. The only negative I can say about it is that it is a little difficult for us to place correctly in order to get the readings, but I do like that it lets you know in a soft way “Hey nothing’s wrong, the sock just needs to be adjusted.” I hope with more practice it gets easier to place and we can just enjoy the peace of mind owlet can provide.

As a first time mom, I would absolutely recommend the owlet sock! It is one of the reasons I am able to get a good nights sleep. This device is a total must have!

Helpful with anxiety of SIDS

My son had a half brother die of SIDS two years ago. He would talk to my new wife and I about how he was worried that our baby would pass as his brother did. With my wife being a nurse and me having a background in behavioral psychology we decided to buy one. Now when he gets worried we are able to show him that she has a heart beat and is breathing. We are able to pull up her sleep history and show him that she is safe. It has been a life saver And brought piece of mind to all of us. The only downside is that it will disconnect from the base if we swaddle our daughter or if she has too many layers on her feet.

The new way to parent!

I bought this before our first born arrived and have not regretted it!
The sock is designed well and stays on even though my little future soccer player tries and tries to kick it off! The vitals we get to see in the morning are pretty cool and the alarm feature that goes off if those numbers drop calms the nerves.
The camera is where I take off half a star because of the 2 second lag, but the picture quality is great!
The other half a star is lost on setting up the sock and camera, there are specific steps that are not in the app step-by-step but are in the manual.
Overall, the owlet is a winner! My wife and I love it and would recommend it to all new parents!
