Gives me such a great piece of mind knowing I can check on my sons heart rate and oxygen while he’s sleeping without me having to accidentally wake him!

Accurate Updates in Real Time!

As a mother of four I have a lot on my plate which means I can’t always be holding our newborn. While digital video monitors are great, you can’t always tell if baby is okay and getting enough oxygen. My family also has a history of heart troubles which are completely undetectable to the eye. The Owlet Smart Sock has given me peace of mind by sending me updates in real time on our baby’s oxygen levels and heart rate, and notifying me immediately if those levels drop below their safe minimums or exceed their safe maximums. The sock fits nicely and when placed correctly, doesn’t leave our baby in any pain or discomfort. In a world with so many unknowns, I’m glad the current state of my babies safety while sleeping and napping doesn’t have to be one of them!

The peace of mind it offers is priceless

I first heard about the smart sock from a friend who had a baby a couple of years ago. I bought mine a month before I gave birth to my son and it was one of the first things I bought. My baby has congested nostrils and he is also a “happy spitter” even during his sleep so being able to monitor his oxygen levels has given me unbelievable peace of mind. I can get some sleep during the night without waking up every now and then to check if he is ok, which is exactly what I would be doing without the sock. The safety I feel when he is wearing the sock is priceless.

Provides great peace of mind

Our daughter spent almost 150 nights in a hospital, most of those nights she was hooked up to a monitor. We were nervous about coming home and not having the monitor - especially at night when we were trying to get rest. The owlet sock is giving us the peace of mind we wanted, and most importantly - some sleep. We chose the 3rd generation product because it has a much higher limit for your baby's weight so we could use it for longer. The feature we didn't expect from the product are the sleep statistics such as total sleep, sleep quality, and how many wakings she had.

We love the owlet sock! It’s great to have the extra piece of mind that baby is ok while sleeping. I also like that it tells how much sleep he is getting. It was very easy to set up and use. I would definitely recommend to anyone having a baby

Overall Great Purchase with Tips

The peace of mind is invaluable. I would suggest wearing either footy pajamas or a sock over top of the outlet sock when sleeping. Our daughter scratched her other foot with the straps on the sock while she was sleeping. Also, note there is a limited range on the sock to the base. For example, with the base set up in the bedroom, we are unable to take her into the living room for a nap without disconnecting the sock.

Should have bought it with my daughter

My twins spent 57 days in the NICU and while they were there I purchased two smart socks on black friday. One of them was having problems with oxygen in the hospital and I knew this would give me the piece of mind I needed. It definitely does that job. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the range in which you can go with the sock from the base. I had contemplated getting it when I was pregnant with my daughter because I had bad post partum anxiety. I regret not getting at then because I suffered without it.

The only regret I had is not using this sooner. I waited until my baby boy was 3 months. App is very easy to navigate. Sock fits great.
