Peace of Mind for NICU baby at home!

My husband and I bought this to use instead of using the pulse oximeter that the hospital sent home with us, the hospital monitor was sensitive to, and would alarm in error with every movement our baby made; this Owlet was worn at the same time as the hospital monitor for 2 days and displayed similar readings. We are now using the owlet as our soul source of monitoring and is great for NOT alarming when she is moving, it only alarms when it needs to alarm, and lets us have peace of mind!

Amazing product!

We bought this product a couple of days after bringing home our son who was born 4 and a half weeks early. For the first few nights we weren’t sleeping good always worrying about the baby. It was then that we decided to order the owlet just for the peace of mind knowing that the device would wake us in the event that our son was experiencing some type of emergency. The owlet lasts about 16 hours at a time, and charges extremely quick, and the app tells you when charging is complete! The product also came with extra socks! We couldn’t be happier with the product!

I bought the sock 3 & camera duo about 2 weeks ago & i’ve already gotten better sleep because of it. I love the features, the comfort & high quality of this product

Easy to use

Bought this when baby was around 2 weeks old. I was sleeping ok before, because I was so tired, but have been able to relax more with the sock. Haven’t had any false alarms or anything. Easy to use and set up on the app. I mostly purchased it just for peace of mind, knowing that if something were to happen, we could prevent something worse from happening. Grateful to have it now because baby doesn’t/won’t sleep on his back for very long before he wakes up, so occasionally he will sleep on his side.

I bought the owlet sock in preparation for my daughter’s birth and it has given me so much piece of mind as a first time parent. I love being able to track her stats and see patterns.

Before I had my child, I did not think that I was going to be purchasing the Owlet, as I thought that it would be more anxiety-inducing. My baby was in the NICU for 5 days and we soon realized that on the first day having him in our room that it was actually more anxiety-inducing NOT to know what his oxygen saturation and heart rate was. Every night I'm able to go to sleep and glance over at the base station and see the green ring and fall asleep with peace of mind. I will say, I do not think that this product is for everybody as it might have the opposite effect on someone else. At one point in the night the other night, I woke him up for a feeding and as I was patting his back to burp him, a red alarm sounded and I got a notification on my phone for high heart rate detected. This was not due to an actual high heart rate, but rather the sensation of me tapping his back is what was detected on the sock. For mothers out there ( or fathers!) who are waking up baby in the middle of the night for a feeding, I would recommend turning off the base station so that you don't receive any startling false red alarms!

I bought the Smart Sock just a couple days ago and I’m so happy that I purchased it. I became so anxious when my son started sleeping through the night in his crib that I was constantly staring at our baby monitor checking to make sure he was breathing. With the Owlet Sock I am able to get some peace of mind that he is okay and if something is not right I will get a notification or the base station will go off. I would recommend this product to any mom!

I bought this product for my first son in the generation 2 and loved it . We upgraded with my 2 week old getting out nicu to a generation 3 and I LOVE it it gives me great peace of mind and keeps me at ease knowing what’s going on with him and I definitely recommend this product to my friends and family expecting or with newborns etc . I especially love how it keeps track of the history and heart rate and oxygen lovers .. I love the owlet sock it’s really been great to my family ❤️
