Peace of mind

I have used the Owlet Smart Sock 2 and recently purchased the Smart Sock 3 for my newborn. The sock is very easy to use and provides me with peace of mind. I definitely recommend it to anyone with a newborn.

Peace of mind!

The owlet smart sock was recommended for us for our son by our pediatrician due to him being high risk for SIDS. He also has a hard time sleeping so this helps us keep track of when he is awake. This sock has brought us peace of mind and helped ease our anxiety. I now wish we would have purchased this product for our other kiddos!

Worth the money!

We received this as a gift for our first baby and it is the BEST thing ever. As a first time mom, I honestly don’t think I would get any sleep if we didn’t have the Owlet. The fear of something happening to baby while they are sleeping is very real and this product totally puts my mind at ease. We also put baby in his own room, in his crib from day one and the Owlet made this so easy. This is worth every single penny!! Also customer service is amazing!!! Highly recommend.

Better sleep!

I experienced extreme anxiety during pregnancy, after experiencing a previous loss, and hoped that it would improve postpartum. Well, it hadn’t. I would do night watch and spent the entire night just staring at my little one to ensure her little tummy was moving up and down, ensuring that she was breathing. She started experiencing congestion as a side effect of her reflux and would sometimes gasp for air and night, which did NOT help my anxiety. Ultimately we decided to purchase the Owlet sock, not really knowing what to expect because of the broad range of reviews you see online. I was extremely worried about blistering that people mentioned. Well, we haven’t had it very long but it as been awesome! There are no issues with placement and she keeps it on her foot. The only time it has notified us of an improper reading, is when I take it off during her changes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Technology, not the best for tiny feet

Overall the product is really nice and the technology really helps with peace of mind. Our little lady has super tiny feet though and came home at about 5 1/2lbs and the small sock does not fit great and is very finicky. I have contacted support and they were great and responsive. Awesome customer care and really neat technology.

Please add ability to monitor for seizures!

Our son (3rd child) began having seizures at 5 months old. We’ve done a ton of research only to find there is no great nighttime seizure monitor for babies. As a compromise we purchased the owlet sock 3 in the hopes that the O2 level will alarm as his oxygen levels do drop during a seizure. As designed the sock 3 is a great product. Easy to use, added peace of mind, and bonus sleep tracking! I wish I had gotten one earlier!

Love the product so far. The thing I liked about owlet sock is it monitors baby’s sleeping pattern. It helps me understanding how my little one sleeps at night and naps in the day to better plan his feeding and playing sessions accordingly. Plus I no longer need to get up at night to test his breath any more. Things to improve: the signal range of the base station. When I set the base by my bed which is about 20 meters away from his room, it was out of range. Also the local wifi initiation of the station was a hassle.
