Peace of Mind

We received this gift from our baby shower. Our baby was born two weeks ago today and we are stereotypical first child parents that are nervous about everything. This helped out IMMENSELY with our peace of mind knowing that there was another way to tell if something was going wrong with our baby while we slept (as much as we could at least).

We bought this sock after finding out our 6 month old has a severe egg allergy and we wanted something to monitor him while he sleeps and I can't see if he's having trouble breathing if he accidentally ingest something with egg. We've had the sock for about a month and it works great. I especially like being able to look and see when he woke up and what his breathing was like during the night. The only minor issue we have is that if I bring him to the other end of the house to feed, the monitor goes off bc it lost connection and there's no way to snooze it for a certain amount of time so you have to continue to hit snooze every few minutes. Other than that we have had no issues. It is an investment but completely worth the peace of mind at night.

I received the owlet as a baby gift from my baby registry and we have been so happy with it! I love the peace of mind that it gives you. As first time parents we love the Owlet!

As a first time mom, I could not be more happy that I purchased this. It is an expensive purchase but worth every penny. Let me tell you that you will want this once your baby arrives!

Added peace of mind!

We bought the owlet for our little one who decided to show up 5 weeks early. After a week in NICU, we got him home and are able to monitor the O2 sat and heart rate which just adds a little more peace of mind. The only thing I wish we could do was adjust the lower end of the O2 sat to notify of a potential problem at a rate higher than 80%.

Our Newborn was in the NICU for breathing problems, when we were finally able to bring him home we couldn't sleep because we kept worrying if he was breathing right. I did research and bought the Smart Sock and it's been such a great purchase. I have not had any disconnection issues on it or any other problem. I will definitely purchase the Camera when he gets older.

Better sleep

We have been using this for a couple weeks after a recommendation from a family member. I am an ICU RN and felt like I was watching his breathing constantly until we tried the Owlet out a few days after coming home from the hospital. I feel so much more comfortable sleeping, knowing we would be alerted if something was wrong with our little guy. We had trouble getting it on his foot the first couple times, but rarely have wiggle-alarms now.
