Puts my mind at ease!

I received this as a gift that I really wanted for my first baby, we had issues in the beginning with him kicking the sock off (he’s a super squirmer) the representative for owlet suggested putting an actual sock over the smart sock and baby boy has kept it on for 3 hours now with no issues! So happy with this product, thank you for the peace of mind owlet

Peace of Mind

My wife and I ordered our Owlet Sock before our baby arrived and then we waited a few weeks after he was born to use it so we could try to get acclimated to his sleep schedule. Then, the first time we had used it we did get a false red-alert reading, which was scary. But don't let that trouble you! We attribute this false reading to being user error because it was our first time using it, we were very sleep-deprived, and it has never happened in the weeks of use we have had with the sock since.
What we HAVE had is EXCELLENT data and security to keep our mind's at ease and to help us review our baby's sleeping patterns. I will say that I don't think the "deep sleep" tracker is quite accurate, he will go from "awake" to "deep sleep" and vice versa almost instantly (according to the graphs). But ignoring that, it is great for identifying when your baby is awake and when he is asleep.
Our baby doesn't mind wearing the sock at all, he doesn't even notice it's on. I will add that being so new, there aren't many resources out there for the proper way to put on the 3rd Generation smart sock. If I had one request for Owlet it would be to put a video on their official YouTube or somewhere in the app for how to put on the sock properly (this is why I believe that first red alert was user-error!)
All in all, it's a fantastic product that I happily recommend to everyone who values peace of mind that their baby is healthy while they sleep.

piece of mind

we bought the owlette smart sock 3 after having a premature baby. We wanted it before we came home from the hospital for piece of mind. so far the smart sock has been very accurate and helpful. our son came home on an apnea monitor and we will still use the smart sock along with it. his heart rate on the apnea monitor from the hospital and the smart sock correlate closely.

Great Product!

We heard about this product from the nurses when our son was in the NICU. This really gave us the peace of mind we needed while we slept knowing we’d be alerted to any changes in his oxygen levels or heart rate. Love love love!

I really like it but my baby is growing so fast and the biggest sock is starting to leave indents into his little foot. He’s only 6 months.

Must have baby item!

After much hesitation, I finally made the purchase of the smart sock 3 when my second babe turned 6 months and started rolling around in his crib and I am so glad I did! I have so much peace of mind at night now. I not only love being able to see his pulse and oxygen saturation but I love seeing how he sleeps at night. We haven't had any issues with the sock placement, or inaccurate readings. We have been using the sock for a few weeks now, and it has very quickly made it to the top of my 'must have' baby items. I highly recommend it!

Great product for peace of mind

I am a very anxious person in general as far as my kids are concerned. With my past children for the first few months I would jerk awake every 5-10 minutes to make sure my baby was breathing and that can really wear on you over time.
With this product knowing it will wake me up if she stops breathing I am able to rest easier and probably only wake up every hour or so. At 3 weeks my daughter is sleeping 4-6 hour stretches over night which to most people would be a blessing but with my anxiety it would be a nightmare without this product. Very very happy with my purchase.
