Great device!

I bought this sock after my daughter had an apnea episode and it has helped us sleep much better. Its so awesome it has left and right so depending on the footie pjs we can pick what foot we put it on.

Love the product

We received it as a baby shower gift and has help significantly with my night time anxiety and gives me and my husband the piece of mind to sleep at night! I have already recommended it to a few friends who are expecting! One issue was it was going off when it was on charge but reset it and haven't had the issue again

My daughter was having breathing problems in her sleep we didn’t know about and her heart rate would drop! Without this amazing product we still wouldn’t know there was an issue. It gives me a peace of mind knowing it’s monitoring her while we sleep!

Great Product, poor setup

The products work great, the setup not so much. You can only set up on a 2.4 ghz network. This means, that even if you have a router that is 2.4ghz and 5ghz, unless you can lock it to 2.4 ghz mode you can’t set up the device!! Come on Owlet, it’s 2020!! Why would i want to force my wireless network to run at 2.4 ghz for all my wireless devices?! Had to return for that reason and go with google nest cameras. Sad for the money you pay for this thing they are too cheap to add a 5ghz support!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NICU nurse approved

As a NICU nurse, I was super reluctant to get the Owlet because I didn’t want to obsess over numbers. But after our own 2 week Nicu stay, and some reflux we knew we needed it so I could go back to night shift with a peace of mind and my husband was reassured while I’m gone. I don’t know why it took us 2 months to get it because we’ve slept much more sound with it! Worth every single penny- and reduces soooo much postpartum anxiety. I mean we all fear the unmentionable right ?!

For an extra piece of mind while you sleep

Does Its Job!

My husband and I got the Owlet as a way to help ease my anxiety. It was recommended to me by a colleague and I am so glad that we have it. Even though we have had some false alarms (tip: turn off the base station before you burp baby) it has gone a fantastic job of tracking heart rate and oxygen levels. We had one instance where our baby nuzzled in a little too much during skin to skin contact, and blocked his nose against my breast. Within a few seconds (actually as I was repositioning baby) we got an oxygen alert from the Owlet. We were surprised at how sensitive the Owlet was and how quickly it picked up on the oxygen levels.

Great security blanket

I love the owlet at first I was kind of concerned about leaving tech on my baby, but this has definitely made life easier. It lets us sleep comfortably not having to get up every 5 minutes worrying about our baby stop breathing especially since we have a NICU baby. I would definitely suggest the owlet 3 to anyone.
