Extremely unhappy. Constantly says "baby is wiggling" however, my daughter was sound asleep in her crib next to me, and not moving. Constantly in and out of wifi. When I try to add my wife's phone, we always encounter a problem with the device. Would not recommend. Tried contacting customer support, who were unable to help me correct the issue(s).

I can't thank Owlet enough for this product. My story isn't quite as serious as others but serious nonetheless. My daughter just turned 4 months old Sunday & Monday had her vaccinations. She slept most of the day and was a little cranky but nothing outside of just having had shots. I gave her some Tylenol and she seemed fine. She sleeps all night long so I didn't give any during the night. She woke up at 8am for a bottle. She was happy and cooing at big sister & all of a sudden, we got a red alert. So scary. Her heart rate was above 220. I know then they eat this can happen but since she had just gotten shots, I called the doctor. They said to take her to the ER. So off we go. The ER took exceptional care of us. Her temp was 102.7° and was the reason for her heart rate being so high. They were pretty sure it was just a high temp from shots but ran tests for everything. Turns out my baby has Type A flu. If it weren't for Owlet we may not have known!! Or at least caught it when we did. Do everything in your power to get one of these systems. Look up non-profits who provide as many as they can. Have your baby shower hostesses give it as their give to you. Register for it and maybe several people will go in together for it. Just try and get one of these. I wish everyone with a new baby could afford this system. But since they can't, I will continue working with Zoey Renee Project to help provide these monitors to as many babies as possible. We love our Owlet! Thanks!!
Pros: 3 different size socks for growing baby., I can sleep better.
Cons: Stinky feet hahaha

I find it incredibly annoying that it doesn't work at all if baby is moving- sometimes my baby naps in the Rock n' Play, and while I understand it may not be the "safe sleep standard," sometimes it's just necessary and I'd like to be able to monitor him in the Rock n' Play as well. Also would like to be able to take it easily to other places as well. The sensitivity is also annoying (parent body blocking the signal). I feel like it could've been made much better

So happy I found this. I'd wake up checking my son every 10-20 minutes to see if he was breathing. Now I actually fall asleep at night knowing I will be alerted if something goes wrong. I do not like that it has s distance your child must be within the monitor to work. His bedroom is upstairs and it first reach that far so the monitor cannot be in our room to reach his room.
Pros: Easy to use, Smart Phone Friendly, Works as expected, comfortable for my son

Love It For The Most Part

I have had the owlet since my son was a month old and for the most part i love it. However, i am typing this at 3 am because the app is down and i’m unable to read his vitals via the app. This is a huge deal for me because i sleep and have my mom check and make sure he’s okay through the app and now she is unable to do so. other than the app shutting down a lot, this product is great and i will definitely buy more of their products in the future!

Peace of mind

Absolutely worth every penny!!! Provides so much peace of mind, I’m able to sleep so much better this time around. I wish I had it with my first baby! I remember jumping up multiple times a night to see if she was breathing, I don’t feel like I have to do that with baby #2.
