Peace of Mind for First Time Parents

While in the hospital, our little one had a few episodes where she stopped breathing. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping and kept checking on her. It was scary, and made us nervous to leave the hospital...we weren’t sure how we would ever be able to sleep! My sister had told us about the Smart Sock that she used for her premie, and how much peace it brought to her. We decided to order the Smart Sock 3 while we were still in the hospital, despite our initial reservations over the cost. Now, two months later, the Smart Sock is my #1 recommendation for expecting parents. I know we would not be sleeping as well as we are at night without the sock to alarm us if needed. Skip the things you don’t need on your registry or return some of the duplicate outfits you were gifted and buy this instead!

Peace of mind is priceless!

This is our 2nd Owlet and love all the new updates. We had a 2nd gen for our first child and loved every aspect of it. This 3rd gen was a no brainer for our 2nd child and we love all the updates they did over the 2nd gen. Wireless charging, smaller size and better sock fitment to name a few benefits.
Besides the new updates, having any owlet on your newborn is a stress reliever. It's part of our nightly routine and allows us to rest a little easier knowing that the app or base station will loudly alert us of any heart or breathing related issues. I recommend this to all of our friends and even gifted to expecting family members. Don't let the price dissuade first time purchasers. Just thinking about the "What ifs" was stressful enough.

Excellent product

I purchased the owlet smart sock 3 after reading as many reviews on this product and similar products as I could. My twin boys were born premature and had a NICU stay where one twin had some heart rate drops requiring a longer stay. As a parent, its terrifying to take your baby home knowing that they had some difficulty. Owlet gave us the peace of mind we needed. I would highly recommend getting one to any parent!

The best thing since sliced bread!

I got the 3rd generation sock as a gift and it has been the best gift I’ve received for any of my children. It gives me peace of mind at night after my daughter was in the NICU for 2 weeks. The feature I love most is the sleep tracking! I would recommend this to any first time parent or even veteran parents!

Worth every penny!

Our son had heart surgery a week after he was born and once we were able to bring him home, we purchased the owlet. It’s been worth every penny (especially since you can use FSA) and has given us such a peace of mind after his long NICU stay. We love the quick charging and extra sock sizes! Glad they made these improvements to the 3rd generation!

My daughter was in the Nicu when she was first born due to water on her lungs and had trouble with oxygen levels. Before she left the hospital she was fine however I wanted to make sure her oxygen levels were never an issue again at home! This product has helped ease my mind! Thank goodness we haven’t had any issues but I love this product for the security!!!

Easy to Use

I received this as a gift off of my baby registry. Once I got the product set up, I found it very easy to use and set up in the baby’s room. I will let you know that at the current time (10/2020) the product is only compatible with 2.4 gHz of WiFi and there is complications with set up if you have upgraded to iOS 14 on the iPhone. However, if you have a device the is not upgraded it will connect to the app. Then you can use the app on the phone that is updated to iOS 14.
