Amazing product. Great customer service!

We bought this product and have used it since our sweet boy came home. We love love love the product. I work night shift at a hospital and this brings me so much comfort to be able to check his stats all through the night. Now to customer service, AMAZING!!!! Our Smart Sock Sensor was acting up. I emailed customer service and immediately got a response. She had me go through a few steps and when those didn’t work, she immediately sent out a new one. AMAZING! Seriously so thankful.

Confident to sleep through the night

I received this as a gift and I’m so glad I did. Knowing that it will alert me to any breathing issues has helped me feel confident in having my baby in his own room. I have the camera as well and the two products work great together. I love being able to see his breathing and heart rate as well as the live video.

Great Gift!

My aunt and uncle sent us the smart sock and camera unsolicited just before our baby was born, and we LOVE it! It gives us great peace of mind to be able to check on our little girl without disturbing her. :)
The only problems we’ve had are the cord-hiding strips are already falling off after less than six months, and that the signal strength for WiFi is pretty weak even though our router is not far away.
Everything else, we LOVE! The camera works wonderfully in the light and dark, and the sock keeps us privy to her movement and breathing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Gadget for baby

I got this as a gift. It was gifted to me after my nieces baby died of SIDS in February. I got panicked and would not sleep good thinking that could happen to my baby. The owlet gives me relief knowing it will alert me. We tested it and it’s definitely loud enough to wake me up. I am super happy with it and look forward to setting up the camera next. I have only used the sock and it’s very worth it.

Exactly What We Wanted

My wife and I were considering a monitoring device for our firstborn prior to his birth. We were considering a list of options available in market but ultimately decided on Owlet since it came highly recommended by a few of our friends for a specific purpose to monitor our son.
Considering the price point, Owlet Smart Socks and Baby Monitor gave us everything we need in one bundle. The volume on the camera is extraordinary - might have something to do with the fact that we're living in a NYC apartment, but it captures almost everything from all corners of our apartment. The app is well developed which allow for multiple devices allow our parents who live abroad to also take a look at our firstborn in their own convenience if and when he's in his room. Also like the fact that our baby's sleep and activity data along with his camera monitoring is all in one app vs multiple system.
While the Smart Sock battery may not last all day, it charge up pretty quickly for another 10 - 12 hours of use. Sock material could be better for my sweaty baby foot, we can always wash it while charging up the Smart Sock.
All in all, a very good purchase and am considering getting additional camera for more views in different rooms in our apartment.

Best baby products we own!

We have been using the Owlet sock & camera for 8 months and they have been the best baby products we own. Everything runs through the app which is very sleek & user friendly and there are even some bonus features like sleep analytics and tips & tricks which we find very helpful.
Having 24/7 access to the camera/sock data gives you added peace of mind, especially when you leave baby with the sitter for that much needed date night. We love our Owlet products and highly recommend them to any expecting parents.

Peace of Mind for New Parents

We did our research on similar products but we decide on the Smart Sock because of the alert system, data provided in the app and integration with the baby camera/monitor. This really give us new parents some peace of mind at night, we know that our baby girl is doing ok. If anything were to happen the alert that plays from the base station is super loud and will wake up. Definitely worth the investment and you can use it on every child you have or donate to a friend to give them a sense of peace and security. We love our smart sock!
