Peace of mind

We bought this a month before our son was born and it has been soooooo nice having it. We have had a few false alarms which scared us because it was flashing red once saying his oxygen was low and once saying his heart rate was low, both times there was nothing wrong. Only thing I wish they would change is the charging port!!!!!! It uses a micro USB which is in my opinion the worst charging port ever made! Quite often its difficult to get the charger to go into the port because the pins are not lined up perfectly, and once my wife went to plug it in and she actually bent one of the pins in the port completely down and it was not easy trying to straighten that thing. Luckily we got it to charge again and are still using it, I just wish they would use a different style charger. I still recommend this to anyone having a kid, it helps so much.

A great product that gives peace of mind!

My Husband and I bought our owlet roughly 5 months before our daughter was born. We wished we would have known about the owlet when we had our son 4 years ago, because all of us would have gotten much better sleep! The owlet has truly brought peace of mind and is a great product to have!! The only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is because our charging port and cable broke and stopped charging. This has happened to a family member as well as a friend of mine, but they quickly sent over a replacement. Thankfully it was under warranty! Otherwise, we have had zero issues and love our owlet!!

Peace of mind!

We have used our sock every night (with the exception of maybe 3 nights) for 10
Months now! It gives us peace of mind that our little one is sleeping safe and sound! We are first time parents and this product has taken away so much anxiety that comes with having a baby! Love it, couldn’t do without our owlet!

Definite peace of mind!

I absolutely love the owlet. It has saved me so much anxiety as a first time parent. It has helped me feel more comfortable when it came time to transition my baby into a crib in his own room. If I didnt have the Owlet, i dont know if i would have been able to comfortably transition my little one into his room. The absolute only thing that bothers me about the Owlet is the parameters that are set before it alarms. Regardless of the experts that developed these numbers, as an RN, if my baby's O2 stays in the 80s I would not be okay with that. It does not alarm until it falls <80%. Other than that, this is an absolute life-saver and HIGHLY recommend!

Great for peace of mind

We bought the Owlet smart sock before baby was born, we’ve now been using it with our daughter for 2 months and feel like the Owlet really helps us sleep at night! Love the ability to see her sleep patterns each day, I also love the floral sock pattern!

So we have had the sock for about a month and a half now. We have used it every night with no issues and have been able to sleep every night worry free. The app is a little glitchy at first. We had problems when viewing the sleep history. I contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and they responded within a couple hours and helped fix it. Today I contacted customer service by email due to our dog destroying the sensor. They responded in 5 minutes and provided me with a new discounted sensor. I love the product and the customer service is even better.

Amazing!

We received this product as a gift when our baby was born 6 weeks early and in the NICU for a month. The owlet let us sleep with ease knowing that baby was okay. I love that you can add multiple cameras for different rooms and watch from phone or iPad. Even when my husband is at work, he can see what baby is up to.
