I wish the app was more applicable

I love the product and it has given me wonderful peace of mind at night with my newborn baby! The only thing that frustrates me is that we do not have Wi-Fi at home we only utilize a hotspot. Therefore, I cannot use the owlet app on my smartphone because it won't work without Wi-Fi in the home.

I'm a first time mom and I am so glad this technology exists! Our one month old sleeps next to our bed in his bassinet and it is such a relief to know he's okay without having to stand over him in the dark to check if he's breathing. All I have to do is look at the base light or check his readings on the app. Owlet is so easy to set up and use as well. I will update my review on product performance when he starts sleeping in his crib one room away.

We use it at night time - knowing that is the most important time. I love knowing that she is being monitored and that I'm alerted if something is wrong. I love the fact that your customer service is awesome as well.

There is definitely room for improvement on this product but there is also no other product out better than this. We have a dual angelcare that we loved with our other children. However, it can only be used on a flat non-movement surface and our baby still co-sleeps or in a rocking bassinet. The Owlet is beneficial for co-sleeping as long as you aren't holding baby and/or the rocking isn't fast. The price is ridiculous but worth the peace of mind for us. The socks mechanism could use a little improvement but overall is ok. Our biggest problem is that we do not have internet/wifi because we live in the country. The only way to connect is with wifi and we all have LTE we use from our phones. The base will still alert but I would like to be able to take advantage of all the uses of the Owlet.
Pros: peace of mind, night light, no false alarms
Cons: settings not adjustable, hard to co-sleep/hold

At first we couldn't figure out how it worked and it turns out we were using it wrong or the battery wasn't holding a charge so we got a replacement... and things worked a lot better.

I love that I can check on my baby without having to go in and actually touch her and possibly wake her up. I love how easy it is to use, I love how light weight it is and my baby doesn't notice it is there. It gives me such peace of mind!
Pros: Easy to use, Fits very well baby doesn't notice it, Peace of mind while they sleep in another room

The product is so easy to use and the set up instructions were incredibly clear and helpful. We used to have the Angel Monitor, but this is so much better and easier to travel with.
