I can finally breathe again!

After many nights trying to get my 4 month old to sleep in his crib it finally happened! The only problem was that he would roll onto his belly and sleep with his face straight down in the mattress. Every night I would go into his room more times than I could count to check on him and try to turn his face, only to find him turning it back once I got back to check he monitor. So therefore, I have been up Multiple nights staring at his monitor to make sure I can see him breathing! I finally had enough and ordered the owlet baby monitor! The set up was easy, the sock fit no problem without falling off, and the phone app is very user friendly. For the first time in months I can breathe knowing that is vitals are normal and that he IS ok! Being a first time mother is scary because I know I over analyze every little thing but this product put my mind at ease and can use on my future babies! Thank you thank you thank you!

A MUST have for every parent

I used to stay awake each night and watch my baby to make sure she was alright. Once I invested in the Owlet, I was finally able to get some rest! It is so important as parents to make sure we are at our best for our children. With the Owlet, I can be a rested and relaxed Mom for my baby, which is priceless. I had problems with my first unit and it took a little back and forth to figure it out. First I was given a new sock then a new unit. It took a little while to work out the issues but the new unit worked flawlessly.
Pros: Adjustable, grows with baby, Easy to put on baby's foot
Cons: Sometimes loses signal

I can sleep!

Before my Owlet came in the mail, I would wake up almost every 20 minutes to check on my baby, but since we've received it, I feel comfortable enough to sleep at night knowing that I'll be alerted if her oxygen or heart rate is abnormal. I would recommend anyone with a babe to get this, especially if you're a worrywart like me!

There's no price on peace of mind

I wish that the base station range was further. Sometimes my baby takes a nap in the rock n play and I am not able to have that peace of mind when the base station is in one room and the rock n play in another.

The idea of monitoring a babies vitals seems paranoid but when I show it off, every mom wishes they had one when they raised their kids. For a new mom like me, this brought me from a place where I lost sleep worrying about my premature baby, to truly being worry free and confident that nothing will happen during the night without us knowing. My only real concern is I worry the shape of his foot will be affected from the sock. For this reason I've stopped using it for naps. For the price, i was hoping to use it for all his sleeping hours.
Pros: Charges quickly, Easy to apply, Works well
Cons: Alarms are Loud, Concern over growth of foot/toes, Hard to wash

The Owlet Baby Monitor has helped us to get sleep at night because we aren't up all night wondering if our sweet baby boy is breathing or not. I travel a lot for my profession, and there is nothing more calming then checking the baby's vitals when I am hundreds of miles away. I have recommended this product to all of my friends, and will continue to do so. The only problem we have had is when the alerts go off because the baby is "out of range". A couple of times it's happened when he's two feet away in his crib, and sound asleep. The alert woke him up, but that's only happened two or three times. Not a huge deal though.
Pros: Peace of mind, SLEEP!!!
