The only reason I sleep at night

So when we first used the product, I thought I had made a huge mistake. We had trouble with false alarms and with the system disconnecting. However, after a few nights we got the hang of things and it quite honestly may be the best investment I've ever made. I check her vital signs in the middle of the night when she goes long periods without waking up. I think I'd spend the whole night watching her had I not invested in it. I am not happy that I have had false readings of "normal" when the sock came off but I think there was a delay in the alarm. I would still recommend the owlet to other Moms. There are some growing pains but it was worth it overall.

I have multiple friends who have lost babies due to SIDS. When the baby was born, I was terrified of losing her the way my friends lost their precious newborns. Being able to see the heart rate and oxygen levels on my phone was often the only thing that would reassure me that she was okay. I know the risk of SIDS is low, but so is the risk of a house fire and we still have smoke alarms. Losing your house is almost insignificant compared to losing your child, so if you're wondering if it is worth the cost - it is. As someone who has seen her friends' families wrecked by grief - it is worth the cost. I put the Owlet on my baby for naps and night time. It doesn't fall off when she rolls over, which is a huge advantage over other monitors. I like that the alerts are specific to what is happening, so that I know when I hear the alarm if it is a real emergency or if she has just managed to get the sock off somehow. We take it with us when we travel, because even if we don't hook it up to wifi, the base will still sound an alarm to alert us if something goes wrong.
Pros: 3 different sock sizes for a growing baby, Can be worn under a sleeper outfit, Can see the BPMs and Oxygen levels on my phone, Recharges quickly, Works w/ or w/out wifi
Cons: Needs a battery option for use on long roadtrips

This is the best product for paremts!!! It brings you peace of mind and allows you to sleep at night! Prior to purchasing the owlet, I didn't sleep, and I was up staring at my daughter as she slept, watching her breaths. I am now able to relax as she sleeps, knowing that she is being monitored by the owlet. My husband thought it was going to be a waste of money when I told him of my purchase; however, he now loves the owlet and loves peace of mind it brings to us both. We even travel with the owlet so that we don't go a night without it!!! It is now the number one product that I suggest to expecting parents!

The product is well made and simple to use. The peace of mind this monitor brings cannot be measured in monetary value ! Having followed the setup instructions and read the instruction booklet, we have very few false alarms, and the sock is not easy for our little girl to kick off - and if it is, the alarm is quick to let us know !!! This product brings peace of mind that allows you to relax a little, knowing that your little one is being monitored constantly. Great Product, Simple to use, Accurate & great customer support.....

Easy to use. Wish the base could go further and that the sock would stay on better. Customer service- The people are nice but issues were fixed till my 4 th time calling and still not 100% fixed. When it's working it's great.
Cons: Not great customer service, the sock falls off

We love our Owlet at our house! My husband and I love the peace of mind it brings; knowing it was on my baby and would wake me if something was wrong was the only way I could get to sleep during those first few weeks. I love this product so much that if my son falls asleep without it on I will risk unswaddling him and even unbuttoning his sleeper to put it on, and that is saying something! I recommend this product to all of my friends, and talk about it all the time. It is my favorite item of baby gear we own!
