We've had the monitor fit almost 5 months now and love it. Today the sock malfunctioned so I contacted the company via the live chat in the app. They attempted to trouble shoot but were unable to fix it so they are overnighting another to us, all free of charge. It was the easiest customer service department to deal with. We are so glad we purchased this product!

Our daughter was 16 weeks early so we were sent home with a apnea monitor and my wife had been talking about getting the owlet it was ordered and delivered setup was easy. This product is amazing her doctor wanted to put her on a pulse oximeter monitor so it was delivered and the owlet works better than hospital grade monitor gives piece of mind at night or whenever she's asleep. The base even knows when she kicks the sock off I love this product fantastic value. With her being in the nicu for so long we learned the different types of monitors and machines the owlet is the easiest way to keep your baby safe

The owlet monitor is the best thing we ever purchased for our baby! The security of knowing your baby is being monitored all night allows you to rest peacefully! It is easy to use and I love that you can pull up the babies stats on your phone to monitor yourself! This is a must have for any newborn!

My daughter's pulse oxygen kept dropping when she was born. She spent a week in the NICU. Having the Owlet monitor on her when she sleeps gives us peace and we are able to sleep as well. We are completely satisfied with it!
