I place the owlet on my baby about a half hour before I put her to bed with the base about a foot from the crib. We've had no issues with it or the app working. I recommend the owlet to all new moms! The best gift or product you can have for you baby. This has truly been a blessing for us. I was getting up several times a night checking on my daughter before I purchased this. Now we all sleep soundly!
Pros: Does not compare with any other products!, It's accurate, Loud alarm, Peace of mind
Cons: Can only view your baby's vitals with Apple app, Should come with one more larger size bootie

We love our Owlet! We place it on our son every night before he goes to sleep, and when we wake up to check on him- we're able to see that he's ok & breathing, without having to wake him up! We've gone out of town a few times since having the owlet, and it's super simple to setup! Their customer service is great! They help you fast, and are super nice! We love our owlet, and have since purchased 3 additional as gifts to our friends how have had their babies right after us!

We have 2 for our twins.1 running on my wife's iPhone and 1 running on my Samsung note 5. Works absolutely great with ios but is horrible with android. Knew this going in so it's not a complete surprise. Once the android bugs get fixed will be an awesome product all around.

It is like purchasing home owners insurance, you don't want anything bad to happen to your house but you have insurance in case in does; it lets you rest easier. The owlet offers more than peace of mind, it enables you to sleep better at night and in turn allows you to be in the best condition for your baby and your family. The customer service is amazing, especially Stephanie U.- quick responses, offers reassurance and you know they generally care about you, your baby and ensuring their product is functioning properly; being the extra set of eyes at night.

I absolutely love my Owlet monitor! I work nights at time so I always feel better being able to check on my baby girl from my phone. I love the peace of mind this brings. I suffered from post partum anxiety after our first child and my husband told me we were buying this regardless of price with our second so I could sleep and not worry so much. It made a huge difference. The base station frequently disconnects which means you can't see live readings, but alarms still work. So it doesn't bother me much.

I had horrible anxiety folllowing the birth of my daughter because I was terrified of SIDS. I would fall asleep watching her breathe, and wake multiple times in the night to check on her. I received this product as a gift (per my request) and it is THE best baby item I have. I love it, plain and simple. I love even more so how you can view your baby's vitals live when you're not even at home! I recommend this product to all my friends who have or are expecting babies.

I would hope they improve on features and reliability of the product. For the price there are better monitoring system out there. that are more reliable and not prone to false alarm.
Pros: Monitor Heart Rate and Oxygen Level
Cons: Price. Your order is not 100% Refunded, Shipping not included in your "100% Refund", The Device can be not sensitive = no alarm, The Device can be too sensitive = false alarm, Too little feature for the price
