Nice peace of mind option!

Love to use this product at night but with how often the diaper changes are sometimes it doesn't get put back on because of sheer convenience. Also the hand-off between me and my wife feels a bit confusing at times. She takes the kid to be changed in another room and then the room I'm in with base station goes off so I have to manually turn it off. Often leads to lack of use for stretches at a time. Also the app on my iphone 6 plus seems a bit stretched. Maybe update to design for the higher resolution devices and with iPads?
Pros: Great Setup, UI & UX, Great communication - especially regarding socks, Very accurate in sensing, Very comforting at night
Cons: An extra step during newborn diaper change, Lack of connection alarm fires at unwanted times, Range of sock to base station seems small

We recently transitioned my newborn from the bassinet next to our bed to the crib in her room. I felt comfortable when she was in the bassinet because I would hear her breathing, but having her in her room made where I couldn't check on her as often me a nervous wreck. We have a video monitor, but it wasn't enough. My husband and I decided to order the Owlet, and it made the transition to much easier! I'm sleeping so much better now, which is the exact opposite of what I was expecting with her so far away. Knowing that the alarm will alert me if there's a concern gives me peace of mind.

The owlet definitely eases your mind, especially as a nervous wreck new time mom! I got it because I won't always have the baby by my six at night and the owlet allows me to have that peace of mind knowing that if anything were to go wrong I'd be alarmed right away, yes, even if the sock falls off and alarms you. I'd still like to know! If it fell off and he stopped breathing Atleast I can be notified to put it back on. Yes it IS indeed pricey, but does it add up anywhere near the amount of your child if you had lost him/her? Absolutely not! I'd pay this price over and over again if it meant not having the risk of losing my baby. It's fairly simple to use, (I have Iphone) so if you're not that intelligent like me you'll figure it out haha, highly reccomend the product!
Pros: Easy to use, Helps you get a better night sleep, Light Weight

After having twins that had sleep apnea, having my third child has been a little easier. I'm well rested and ready to take on the day knowing she's safe and breathing okay. I even use it when we are traveling on long drives. Great product!
Pros: Small and light weight; easily portable, Works even when you're traveling
Cons: Baby can kick it off if it's not on snug

We absolutely love our owlet!! At first it didn't work that good because our little girls feet were so tiny but now it works like a charm and we use it every night! I love being able to check her heart rate and o2 levels from my phone! Especially now that she's rolling over and I'm so nervous about her getting stuck face down. Thank you owlet for giving this first time mommy piece of mind while we sleep!

I use it every night. I sleep so much better knowing if anything goes wrong I will know. The only negative thing I can say about it is the way the charger connects isn't ideal. It's very difficult getting it plugged into the sock and I'm always afraid I will break it.

I bought the owlet smart sock for my first child. I bought it early to be prepared and when she was born and I couldn't get it to turn on I was bummed by the 45 day return policy. I called customer service and they upgraded my system free of charge since it wasn't working at all. We've only used it one night but so far so good. The sock was easy to use and reliable. It definitely helps me sleep with more peace of mind. I would recommend this to a friend.
