You'll get false alarms sometimes, but when it's working properly I love it. Great customer service. I love that when I'm away from home I can check the app to see if my baby is doing ok. I definitely use it as a way to monitor my baby.

Love this monitor

We've used the monitor for about 3 months now and it has traveled with us several places & I love the fact we can use it anywhere with wifi. It made me feel much better when my daughter started rolling over & sleeping on her tummy. She also likes to sleep with her lovey on her face, so knowing she is breathing without having to disrupt her gives me peace of mind. My only con would be that the base cannot reach from my room to hers (just down a short hallway) without alerting, so the base is in her room with her which isn't ideal but still works fine. Also, we accidently washed the sensor sock because my daughter kicked it off one night & it was stuck in the bottom of her pajamas and we forgot about it before throwing them in to be washed. Owlet customer service was great & sent us a code to purchase just a new sensor (instead of the whole system) at a discounted rate.
Pros: Can travel with you as long as you have wifi, excellent customer service, Peace of mind, Phone app
Cons: Base needs to be in very close range of sock

The owlet monitor is amazing! I know that if my daughter stops breathing while she's asleep, I will be alerted and can help her. I'm also able to get more sleep because I'm not waking up multiple times a night checking on her. I highly recommend it!

Everything about this device truley stands up to it purpose. These developers have really out done themselevs, normally i find at this price point consumer technical grade products do no stand up to the sales pitch, but i must advise this one ticks all the boxes having all bases covered, well thought through product and proves to be a reliable technical product. The functionality i have experienced to date is flawless. Backed by great dialogue support embeeded within the App this product certainly keeps us parents educatedand offers a great relief to say the least. This product should be mandatory applicable to all new borns in combating SIDS. Thank you Owlet!

Love the simplicity. Our baby came home on oxygen but we never could quite ween her. The Owlet alerted us several times. Led us to have our baby looked at more closely by some specialists who found out that she has a serious sleep disorder. The one time cost of this product was only slightly more than the 1 months rent on the monitor that was sent home by the hospital (which we had to fight the insurance to pay for anyway....argh!).
Pros: After getting it set up, very simple to use., Very convenient and compact.
