Great when it works properly

It's great when we actually put it on her foot. We have multiple nights where it would falsely alarm more than once and we were losing more sleep with those than anything else. So we don't use it very much anymore.

This product is amazing. I'm able to sleep at night knowing that if my LO stops breathing I will be awaken by the alarm. It may one day help save my baby's life and that's everything! The sock does fall off a lot when my LO kicks a lot, but other than that it's great!
Pros: peace of mind, able to sleep, heart beat and oxy
Cons: Sock falls off frequently when my LO kicks a lot

Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it was not super easy to set up, it disconnects frequently (often waking us in the middle of the night) and the sock is somewhat cumbersome to plug in. Definite worth it though for the peace of mind.

I love this product. When I first had my son, I never thought about SIDS. As a parent, you want to make sure your baby is always safe, so I went looking for every fact I could about safety. I read more about SIDS, and breathing issues than I should have and I knew right then that I needed something to ease my mind so I didn't stay awake all night staring at my baby boy. I did my reviews on this product, and I knew right away that I needed to have this in my possession! I was a little hesitant because of the price, until I thought to myself, 'my baby and his safety is more important than money' so I went ahead with it. I wouldn't go back! The owlet monitor helps me sleep so much better! I've been recommending this product to everyone I know!
Pros: -Gives you the greatest piece of mind, Awesome technology, Great fit on babys foot, easy to activate and use
Cons: Only works with iPhone (for now!)

My husband thought I was crazy when I made this impulse purchase at 3:00 am through the midst of tears and sleep deprivation. Six weeks later he agrees it has paid off and then some. I put her sock on and know if anything is awry the alerts will wake me. My sleep has improved drastically since using Owlet. We had no issues with the set up process. As long as we alternate which foot we put the sock on there have been no issues with skin break down. No false alarms thus far either.
