This small device has given my husband and I a whole new peace of mind. I had a scare one night when I was woken up to an alert, thank God it was just an alert that his sock had fallen off, but knowing that it woke me up for not reading his vitals made me feel comfortable knowing it is doing its job. Best product I've ever bought for my little boy. I wish this would have been around when my first born arrived.

I use the Owlet every night. My daughter wouldn't sleep on her back or side. Once I put her on her stomach, she'd fall right asleep! I was so nervous even though she had really good head control. I discovered the Owlet on one of my baby apps and everyone raved about it. The only thing I don't like is that I have to fully take the sock off and put it back on. My daughter moves her legs and feet so much it takes a long time. If there was a way to design it so it could slide off and on, that'd be great! However, I know it has to be Velcro to allow for growing and so it isn't too tight. I can sleep better knowing that she is sleeping safely and the monitor will let me know if she's struggling.

Got this as a gift for my second baby and cannot believe how necessary this is! We are sleeping so much better knowing his HR and Oxygen are being monitored. As a healthcare provider, I believe in this technology and would recommmend it to every parent.
Pros: Baby isn't bothered by sock, Clear monitoring on phone, Easy to use, Parents sleep better, Peace of mind, Works even if wifi goes out
Cons: Occasional false alarm

Grateful for owlet

We use the owlet as an extra set of eyes and ears when we fall asleep at night. Our baby had a silent choking occurrence his first night at the hospital and I couldn't close an eye to rest out of peranoia afterward. The owlet allows me to have some peace of mind. I also enjoy being able to view his heart rate to determine if he's in REM sleep or deep sleep so I can best judge when to lay him down. I did get 1 false alarm which almost gave me a heart attack but in three weeks of using it no other false alarms.

Love it-wish I had it for my first child too

I use the monitor with my son, who is now 15 months old. We've been using it since he was under a year old and just love it. I wish it was available when my daughter, who is almost four, was born. It would have helped ease many of my new mom nerves. But even now, as a second time, more "seasoned" mom, it is a huge blessing in our lives.

My daughter has acid reflux and often throws up in her sleep. The one night we had to take her to the hospital scared me into buying Owlet and I have not regretted it. She wears it every night and doesn't bother her at all. I have not had any scares but I can sleep better knowing she's perfect. Her crib is even right next to my bed and I'm still paranoid something could happen. Owlet let's me not worry so much.
