Absolutely love this product!

I am so pleased with my purchase. I've seen the owlet advertised on social media platforms and raved about on mommy groups. It is giving me much comfort through this pandemic knowing my baby is being monitored by 02/heart rate technology. I definitely recommend this purchase for all. Easy set up.

Sleep with Less Anxiety

Our baby is quite a noisy sleeper. With every sound, we were both up checking almost every half hour to see if everything was ok. We now know most of her sounds, but can also rely partly on the Owlet sock to notify us of her breathing or heart rate leave a specified zone. The cliche may be to say “sleep with better peace of mind,” but there’s no other perfect way to describe it. The Owlet is the cliche! You can rest assured that you will sleep with better peace of mind, knowing you have another resource to ensure your baby’s safe sleep.
Other notes:
Easy to set up. Love the drop and go charge feature. The notifications come from the base station even without WiFi or if your phone is on sleep/airplane mode. The app is sleek and easy to use and read. Multiple sock sizes are wonderful for babies of all sizes. One downside: the base station alerts are LOUD, especially if you’re an extremely light sleeper. We wish there were multiple volume options. (Obviously not a silent mode, but just more choices for those of us who may easily scare with any noise in the night.)

Would highly recommend. The price is worth it 100%. We didn’t buy for our first due to the high price, but surely we would’ve slept better and stressed less. Lower your anxiety at night with the Owlet!

Great idea, helpful, but needs work

I bought this before our baby was born after getting a pretty good review from a friend. The sock is pretty good. It definitely gives us some peace of mind when laying our boy down to sleep. I have no big complaints about the sock other than the range of the sock in a larger house is not great. Placing the base station in our bedroom but having him nap in the living room ends up with the sock going out of range quite often which is really quite annoying.
My main complaint is the lack of capabilities for the app. The app fails to connect to the base station sometimes. There should also be a web application that can be accessed from a laptop or computer.

Think it saved my sons life

We received this as a gift from our registry and we are so blessed that we did. My son is a healthy 4 month old boy. Couldn’t have had a smoother pregnancy. Son hit all his milestones and is very healthy. 50th precentile for weight and length. I put him to bed beside me while on his back while I was checking emails on my phone. After about 1 1/2 hrs I hear an alert going off from the owlet base, followed by the alert on my phone. I look over and he looks fine, so I think it’s a false alarm. I pick him up and he’s limp. He’d never done anything like that before. It was the scariest moment of my life. I ran into my kitchen to get a better look at him and nothing. I start moving his face and after about 30 seconds he opened his eyes a little and fell back asleep instantly. I rushed him to the bed and removed all his clothes so the cold air would wake him. He finally woke up. I really believe had it not been for the owlet, my son might not be here. He was definitely in a dangerously deep sleep. Worth every penny. Thank you Owlet for the peace of mind you give me every time my son sleeps. You just might have saved his life

First time mom & mother of twins, this was a must!

Our twins were born @ 36w weeks. They were premature but the owlet sock fit the first night we came home from the hospital 5 days after delivery. Both myself & my husband have medical backgrounds in the critical care environment & not being able to monitor our babies at home was never going to work for us! This brought us peace of mind & allowed us to catch what little sleep was possible. Our babies are going on 11 months old now & we still use for bedtime & naps at this point. We’ve said numerous times along this process how happy we are with this purchase bc it has brought us peace of mind with various things. Them sleeping on their stomachs, heads buried, awkward positions in crib, etc. We also have the video monitor & it has been nice to have as well. My husband & I check on them away from home & that has been nice. But also while we are home, we always have one video up & on low. When it comes to multiples the only con is not being able to see both babies at the same time. A split screen would certainly be nice to have as an option for mother’s of multiples. Other than that, thank you owlet for a product that has brought us sleep in times I think we otherwise would have been hovering over our babies making sure it they were pink & breathing!

Calms all my anxiety!

I’m a first time single mom with a little extra anxiety about sleep. We have another camera system, but when my son got sick a month ago and would only sleep with me due to being congested, that camera did me no good. I got the smart sock for peace of mind for me, my parents, and to be able to make sure Bub was okay through the night even asleep next to him. It’s made life much less stressful, especially the nights I’m at work late and can monitor him from there. Thank you Owlet!!

This product has really eased my fears and given me peace of mind while she sleeps! She is such a sound sleeper and shallow breather that we would literally have to put our hand on her to feel her breath. Purchasing the Owlet Sock has allowed me to know that she is doing just fine without having to disturb her. I would definitely recommend to any parent!
