Cannot get the base to connect to wifi

I have been trying for over 3 weeks now and cannot get the base to connect to wifi.

This review reflects my experience with, and opinion of, this product as an actual customer. Note: I received a small incentive for posting my opinion.
I bought the sock in my third trimester out of pre-birth worries as a first time mom. As a person in the healthcare field I had a particularly huge fear of SIDS and this sock gave me peace of mind at night. There were a couple of times where the base would not connect to the wifi, but other than that the sock worked perfectly in regards to doing it's job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you are debating whether or not it's worth the money, it is! Your baby needs it and you need it as a parent. I was hesitated at first because of the price, i didn't think it's necessary, but now we can't live without it.
There has been many cases where baby stops breathing while they're sleeping, if you have the owlet, you don't have to worry about that issue at all. You can help them in time. This device is a life savor.
My daughter who is now two still using it. She has a rare disease and it is critical that we know her heart rate and oxygen when she sleeps. The owlet gives us the peace of mind plus the easiness of picking her up when we have to. The hospital provide us something similar but it doesn't stay on as securely and it's not cordless which makes it very hard to walk around while holding her.
Definitely definitely definitely purchase this product!

I was gifted my Owlet about a week after I had my daughter and it has been a God send! I will say this though, the other night I believe we experienced a glitch. The base kept going off stating the sock wasn’t on correctly, to which I know it was, and then later that night it sent me a red alert twice stating that my daughters oxygen levels were dropping. Every time I woke her up she was perfectly fine. Other than that I LOVE this product and have had no others issues!
